This lovely, single-story, three-bedroom, two bath retreat is our home-away-from-home. The perfect getaway for a couple, family, or small group.
This condominium within a gated community has no common wall, providing comfort and privacy. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed connecting to a private bath and both rooms have patio doors that open up to view the outside landscaped grounds. The two additional bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with two singles) have spectacular mountain views and share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and radio. The living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and a large color TV. The living room opens onto the dining room which can seat a party of eight. Our NEWLY RENOVATED kitchen is fully stocked with everything a gourmet cook might need.
In addition to the kitchen being completed remodeled, the entire home has recently been painted throughout with new lighting fixtures in the dining room and kitchen.
Our home also offers computer use with internet access.
The private front yard has an enclosed front patio with an unobstructed mountain view and is the perfect place for reading the morning paper or having breakfast. The large rear covered patio has a dining table, barbecue and misters. The patio opens onto the landscaped greens with pool and jacuzzi. The tennis courts are a one-minute walk away and the bike paths begin at the entry gate of the grounds.
Located within walking distance of the historical area of Palm Springs where you can find fine dining, hot springs, spas, desert tours, theaters, or gambling at the local casinos. For the family, near to the water park, Imax, horseback riding, or painted desert. For the adults, there are casinos with live entertainment featuring well-known entertainers, night life, and gambling.
