We live in Los Angeles, California, but our hearts are in Jerusalem!
Why the Owner Chose Jerusalem
We love to visit Jerusalem but were tired of staying in hotels so we started looking into buying an apartment. We wanted an apartment that was right in the center of Jerusalem, near all the upscale hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as within walking distance to the Old City. Rechavia/Talbieh area was our first choice but very expensive. We looked anyway and WE FOUND IT!! We had the apartment fully renovated and it became our home away from home in Jerusalem. Within a year the apartment next door became available and we now have two apartments that we rent out on VRBO.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
I love the fact that our apartment is in the center of town - within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to Ben Yehudah pedestrian Mall in one direction and the new Mamilla Mall in another. We are located in the exclusive and central area of Rechavia/Talbieh and at the same time the apartment is on a small quiet street and our windows and porch are overlooking trees and a garden on the other side of the street, not apartments.
