Outside, relax on the spacious rear porch that wraps around the home. This area is perfect for a quiet sunset dinner, an afternoon read on porch or in the loft or an intimate sunset glass of wine.
When you arrive, you’ll find the beds freshly made with crisp linens and soft, fresh towels in the baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and the refrigerator and pantry will already be partly stocked.

I am a dedicated bicycle rider and motorcycist as well and have been to the mountains quite alot over the past 10 years. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking,cycling,peace and quiet and some change of weather with the leaves. I enjoy doing home projects and would like to have a all green home soon.
Why the Owner Chose Asheville
The developement was nicely located and well maintained plus only 20 minutes to a town and the Interstate and 35 to the blue ridge parkway.

The quiet at night, the stars seem close and abundant with a occasional plane flying around, during the day the birds, rabbits, deer and wild turkeys wander through and rarely a bear, sometimes when it rains I am right in the cloud at 2000 feet elevation

The Grandview Lodge was built with the highest standards as well as the decor inside and the beds, mattresses, and linnens, the kitchen has all the ammenities to cook a special meal with the granite counter tops and the stainless steel appliances, You can rock in a chair with a drink or a pair of binoculars to see the wildlife or the stars at night. I as the owner strive to keep everything up to high standards because this is also my home which I enjoy everytime I am there.
