All bedrooms open to a balcony and beachview. Full service kitchen with all utensils and dishes. Dishwasher. Side by side fridge/freezer has icemaker and filter water dispenser. All towels and bed linens provided. There is a washer/dryer in the main unit for your convenience. Televisions in all the bedrooms and living room. Beach service (daily umbrella & chair set-up) is provided with our unit.
Because our unit is a "lockout" design unit, it can be rented as a 1BR/1BA "hotel" unit that sleeps 4, a 2BR/2BA unit that sleeps 4-6 or as a 3BR/3BA unit that sleeps 8-10.
All rooms open to the large balcony with unobstructed views of a beach area that is so close, you'll relax to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand. This is the next best thing to beachfront without the beachfront price.
Surfside Condominium is one of the best-kept, well maintained condos in the area and you'll love all the amenities. Private beach area with easy access via a sky walk - no busy street to cross. Large pool area with separate kiddie pool and hot tubs. Very family friendly atmosphere. Why the Owner Chose Surfside
At the time, Surfside Condo was the only condo in the area built to withstand a Category 5 Hurricane and that was a big plus, especially after 2004 & 2005. The thing I most liked, was every bedroom had its own opening to the balcony and a great beachview. While Surfside is not direct beachfront, it feels like it is because there is know street to cross with the skywalk. The onsite restauarant and pool side cabana snack bar are a huge plus.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love the flexibility of using it as 3BR or a 2BR unit and constantly being able to see the beach from every room.
Owner's Map of Surfside
I currently live and work in the Nashville, TN area, but previously lived in Destin for fifteen years. I know the area like the back of my hand. Just ask me about the best charter boats, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and I'll steer you in the right direction. I travel to Destin as much as possible and will probably move back eventually.
