The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, espresso/cappuccino machine, blender, toaster, water cooler, coffee maker and full-sized fridge and stove. We also provide a propane BBQ on the terrace and your own personal beach lounge chairs. With many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, you can chose to dine in or out each day. Inquire with our property manager if you'd prefer your own private chef! We are glad to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for you.
Furnishings are especially luxurious and include a quality pull-out sofa to sleep 2 additional guests. The master bedroom is complete with large closets, TV, DVD player, document safe and a collection of movies and books. Your private terrace faces the ocean and is the perfect spot to take a nap or read a book while being lulled by the sound of waves splashing on your 2-mile secluded beach. A swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub completes the day. The condo is approx. 1300 sq. ft.
Located in the same complex is another family owned condo that sleeps 4 - perfect for friends who wish to vacation together but prefer to have their own accommodations. It couldn't be more affordable or convenient for 8 people.

Fast becoming internationally famous for extreme water sports, kitesurfers and windsurfers from around the globe flock to these beaches. And you are located minutes from all the action! If you come during the third week in June, you must be sure to take in the Cabarete Kiteboarding World Cup competition!
A 10-15 minute walk along the beach or a 2 minute taxi ride takes you to the center of Cabarete where you'll find many beachfront restaurants, nightclubs and a casino. This beach experience is like nothing you've experienced before! Amazing international cuisine, dancing, music - it's really an experience you'll never forget! You can also take lessons for most water sports or just enjoy watching the many kitesurfers! As you browse the local shops, the myriad of languages spoken add to the bohemian flair of this village.
Take some time to enjoy the many tours/activities offered such as cascading down waterfalls, snorkeling, caving, whale watching, golf, horseback riding along the beach, catamaran and the list goes on! Sosua Beach is a must-see for visitors (10 minute taxi ride or be adventurous and take the local guagua or motto concho). At Sosua you can snorkel to the reefs or sail to Paradise Island. Other day trips might include golf at the famous Robert Trent Jones course or go into Santiago or Santo Domingo for museums, cigar factories etc. It's paradise waiting for you!

Why the Owner Chose Cabarete
We loved Cabarete, Dominican Republic, the first time we vacationed there. This bohemian little village is an eclectic mix of people from around the globe who come here to enjoy the excellent conditions for extreme water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and surfing. This lively little beach town offers quaint shops where you hear a myriad of languages spoken and wonderful beach restaurants and bars that come alive in the evening. The area has so much to explore from the Caves of El Choco National Park to the 27 Waterfalls where you can literally cascade down the falls. You can whale watch in Samana Bay, snorkel to reefs off the beach in Sosua and the list goes on and on.

My husband and I live in Northern Alberta and while we love the four seasons that it offers, our preference is really the summer season. We love to travel to Dominican Republic 2-3 times per year to enjoy the sunshine and the friendly people and enjoy a place that really feels like home to us.

We loved your beautiful condo which we enjoyed in November with our best friends. Everything we wanted was there. Beach, ocean, weather, withinin walking distance to the town of Cabarete, and especially all the comforts of home. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice quiet vacation by the ocean. Thank you very much for the opportunity to see a different part of the world.

My wife and 3 youngest children (21, 18, 16) and I just got back from staying 3 nights here, We wish we could have stayed much longer!! The condo is great, two large bedrooms, great kitchen and living room area and right on the beach. The furnishings and conditions of the condo are excellent. The beds were great! If anything, it's better than the photos! Some mention the lack of hot water, but once you look at the water heater and plan ahead, it's fine. We didn't have an issue with our family of 5. We loved Cabarete - large enough to experience some of the tourist things in town and to have great places to eat, but small enough that you are not overwhelmed by all that comes with it. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to this beautiful island. We loved spending time and walking on the beach right in front of the condo. We also spent time in town at the beach there. We swam, bartered with the vendors, and went shopping. Between VRBO and TripAdvisor (to find places to eat - we loved Gordito's and Chichigua, both more on the west side of Cabarete), you cannot go wrong! We rented a car and had driven up from Santo Domingo. We highly recommend this condo. The owners and site managers were all great to work with.

We loved this condo! It was such a comfortable place to which to return after a busy day sightseeing, or just to hang around when we had nothing planned for the day. The grounds are lovely and very well-maintained as well. Very comfortable beds, and with both bedrooms having their own bathroom, the privacy was excellent. The location was just right - an easy walk into the main town of Cabarete, but far enough away that we weren't bothered by too much noise or activity happening at night. We would highly recommend this condo, and hope to return in the not-too-distant future!

The only complemin is we had trouble with hot water (we are 5 and never had hot water for 5 people in the nigth shower time. But it was paradise. I am planning to coming back next year . Is so beatifull !!!

We personally own a property in Puerto Plata but we were looking for a place where my 14 year old could skim board, and my 8 year old would be safe, without having to make it an "expedition" each time we went to the beach. This property was ideal for all four of us and the managers on site were the kindest and most helpful (so were the housekeeping personnel). The condo was decorated with a lot of taste (white/brown and turquoise subtle accents everywhere) and had all the utensils and appliances needed (even a washer AND DRYER: a luxury over there!). I see a comment about cold water. We never used the hot water since it is so refreshing (and not cold but rather "not hot") after a hot sunny day at the pool or the beach. Also, there are quite a few neighbors who live there year round and they all make you feel very welcome. We hope to go again soon!

I stayed at this Condo for 3 days and the accomodations were simply amazing. The ocean view from the condo was to die for. There are a number of restaurants in the area and if you decide to cook, there's a supermarket within walking distance.

It is a super comfortable unit!!!! Adorable decoration,magnific ocean view, placed in a quiet ,calm ubication ,5 minutes from Cabarete downtown. The only reason for 1 less star is we had trouble with hot water (we are 5 and never had hot water for 5 people in the nigth shower time) .

The condo is spacious, bright, nicely decorated and completely equipped. The condo complex is well kept and safe. Your local managers are friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always does an excellent job. The ocean is great, but because of the strong currents and the rough waves only suitable for good swimmers. We really enjoyed playing in the waves and walking on the nice sandy beach for hours. The local supermarket in Cabarete carries everything we need, especially fish, European style bread and fresh fruit. If you do not want to carry your shopping bags back along the beach, taxis are always available at very reasonable prices for the 5 minute drive. A day trip to Puerto Plata is highly recommended. The ride with the gondola and the view from the mountain top is awesome. If you are looking for a true beach vacation, this is the place to go.

This condo and setting are as beautiful, luxurious, and secure as the owner's description and photos indicate. The condo managers are friendly and helpful. A binder of suggested activities, tours, and tips is available in the unit and is also most helpful. Restaurants and shopping are within an easy 20-minute walk. Local transportation is readily available. I would definitely recommend this unit and would return in future.
