The house sleeps 8 comfortably with two queen beds, one full size bed, and one queen sofa sleeper. Can accommodate more on the big sofas. A full utility room, equipped with washer and dryer is located just beyond the kitchen. Cook your heart out in the fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a large dining room and great room. Our home is conveniently located in prestigious Twin Creek Village at 7500 feet. The home is within 5 minutes of shopping, dining, movie rentals, and grocery store. Less than 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area and just over an hour drive to Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory). Chimney Rock Archaeological Area is less than 20 minutes away. After a big day of skiing or hiking, hit the Hot Springs in downtown which is less than 10 minutes away. The home boasts two large satellite TVs with DVD players. The 500 square foot game room has a foosball table and numerous table/board games for a night in. Zoned heating system so all rooms can have a different setting. Gameroom and garage have in-floor heating. High speed/wireless/wifi internet service is available for a fee upon request. NO SMOKING. Pets with approval and an additional $250/pet deposit.
