Why the Owner Chose Misiones del Cabo
I had been traveling to Cabo since 1986. I fell in love with the warm sun, great surf (which is one of my hobbies) as well as the great fishing found in the warm waters most of the year! I had purchased my first new home in the Misiones area in 1997, then decided to design and build my dream home which we were to live in 2004 right across the drive way from my first home. I did not want to leave the Misiones area that has so much to offer in the way of location, let alone the best views in Cabo! Due to having another child and the demands of work we were not able to live there full time and decided to rent the home on occasion so others could enjoy my vision.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Being located so close to the water, just laying in lounge chairs or being in the pool while watching a constant flow of the tide,listening to the waves crash on the rocks in front of the house, sport fishing boats passing, schools of fish jumping; and in the winter months watching the Whales pass is something one will never forget! I find taking in all my home has to offer in the way of relaxing and just making a BBQ for guests to enjoy, while listening to your favorite music is far better than even thinking about heading into town in my opinion.
