El Matador Ground floor condo with water views from kitchen--this one bedroom, one bath unit is evolving into the Tiki Tiki Tonga Room. A few more Parrots and Tiki guys and we will get there. One of our surfer friends said it reminded him of an upscale surfer shack!
This El Matador Condominium unit has a fully equipped kitchen and is outfitted with a Hula Girl refrigerator, Sweet Lelani plates, Tiki glasses and coffee cups. We have been updating this unit but opted to keep the pineapple gold stove top/oven.
Living Room features Queen-sized (very comfortable) sofa sleeper, love seat, 28-inch TV, DVD, and VCR. Dining Room table has seating for 4, plus 2 bar stools at breakfast/Tiki bar. Master Bedroom has King sized poster bed, 25-inch color TV, sliding doors to the vast grassy lawn/play area. Bath includes tub/shower/toilet with separate sink room.
