If you are looking for a terrific vacation spot with a great view, you just found it. We are not underselling ourselves when we say we have a million dollar view. You can see the length of Crescent Beach or miles out to the gulf from our 32-foot lanai, from the living room or from either bedroom. Few other vacation complexes on Siesta Key can even come close to matching our view.
After enjoying the view, it is just a few steps onto one of the world's truly great beaches. Crescent Beach is four miles of pure white sand. It is ideal for sunbathing, walking, jogging, shelling, or bicycling. The beach runs gently into the Gulf of Mexico, with a mild surf making it ideal for swimming.
Our unit is both beautiful and comfortable. Enjoy the 37-inch plasma tv from the large sofa or easy chair. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. As a bonus, the Gulf waters reflect off the mirrored living room wall right into the kitchen. And do not forget the lanai where you can enjoy the great view, Siesta's magnificent sunsets, or soak in the sound of the surf.
We are located just a few minutes from Siesta Village with its collection of shops and restaurants. A few miles north is St. Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping. Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire, including the world-famous Ringling Museum.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Arms
We were introduced to Siesta Key by our Friends and fell in love with the Gulf of Mexico and
the beautiful White Quartz Sands of Crescent Beach plus the Sarasota area back in 1979. Our clients are from all over the World and come back year after year. It is an area which is very
family oriented and safe. We are located just 2 hrs from Disney World and 1 hr from Busch Gardens in Tampa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are three reasons to rent our condo Location, Location, Location, close to everything but
away from all. Siesta Key makes you feel like you are in the Carribean Islands. But yet you
can drive there and enjoy. Regarding Travel, Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is just 20 minutes away
and the Tampa International Airport just 1 hour away, and Orlando is just 2 hours away. There are several shopping Malls within a 15 minute drive, Plus a variety of many Restaurants in the area. All of our Rental Properties are ULTRA CLEAN and GULF FRONT (steps to the beach). The
City of Sarasota is a 20 minute drive from Siesta Key, it is also known for it's Arts and
Culture.

We both grew up in the Northeast part of the Country in Orchard Park, New York
(suburb of Buffalo, New York). We have been going to Siesta Key since 1979 on
and off duirng the years. After purchasing our first condo at that time we have
invested in several other properties (also gulf front) on Crescent Beach.
