Large, comfortable 2-story contemporary Cape house on a large, private yard. Big ground-level deck with lots of seating and table for outside lounging and dining, plus a cute little second-story deck to enjoy in private. A big living room for kicking back, and a full dining room accommodates the whole family. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, modern, and bright. There's one bedroom and full bath on the first floor, and three more bedrooms and another full bath on the second. First floor laundry. Upstairs, the Master has a large walk-in closet and an additional den area. Outside, there's a small, paved basketball court for shooting hoops, and even a tree house for the kids.
Steps away is the beautiful Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, roller blading, and walking. The National Seashore lands are across the street, with trails for hiking to the beach. Both Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay beaches are minutes away, and the largest fresh water pond on the outer Cape is a short drive away. You are located only 20 miles from the very tip of Cape Cod, yet close to shopping, movies, theatre,galleries, and great restaurants. A state-of-the-art Health Club is a walk away. Two beautiful golf courses are in Wellfleet and Truro.
