  • We stayed in this beautiful condo for Springbreak 2009. It was truly a relaxing vacation. The view was outstanding, there was no noise problems and the decor was elegant yet comfortable. The workout facility is a huge bonus. Plus, the owner was fabulous to work with. I highly recommend this unit.

  • My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo as well as the beautiful beach. The view is spectacular and the furnishings are so nice. The beds sleep so well that we were late getting to the beach everyday. We wpuld definitely return to this condo again for future trips.

  • We stayed the week of June 20th - 27th of 2009. Great setup! Spacious and Comfortable. The furnishings are modern and it has all the conveniences of home...WiFi, Cable, DVDs, Flat Screens, Microwave etc. The owners were very concerned and determined that we have a wonderful experience. They stayed in touch before, during and after our stay! We will be going back!

  • We stayed in July 2008 and June 2009. It was fabulous. Condo had everything we needed, clean, beautiful. We had 2 adults and 6 teenagers. We left with more sanity than when we arrived, which is no easy task for this bunch! The View was breathtaking, breakfast on the terrace was worth getting up for early. We saw dolphins, stingrays daily. Beach was awesome. beach chair staff a little cranky. Our stay was AWESOME. hope to make it many more years! thanks so much.

  • If you ever worry about booking something on line without seeing it in person then don't worry about booking this condo. It is everything that it says it is. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need. It is very energy efficient and quite.We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The facilty is fabulous as well from the pools, exercise room, media room, beach area, etc. The Pier Park area which is .5 miles away has much to offer as well. Nothing is lacking if you stay at this condo. Our security deposit was returned quickly as well. Parking was not an issue either with the 5 level garage.We plan on returning next year. I will say if you are afraid of heights then keep that in mind as you are on the 24th floor. However we found the view from both sides to be awesome.

  • This condo is so nice and great for the family everything was walkable for the teens and the pier park mall was so great all kinds of food from pizza to steak and seafood to hotdogs & hot wings lots of shops and the condo has a great location on the beach to find nice big shells located on the beach and we go every year but never found big shells before the adults and kids loved it.You must try this great seafood place called (HUNTS)THE BEST EVER.This condo has the best view I have ever seen hope everyone loves it like we did.

  • This condo is lovely. Even prettier in person. Very roomy and well maintained. It is only a half mile from Pier Park Mall & restaurants (Jimmy Buffet's Margueritaville). Pizza Hut, McDonalds and Arby's are in short walking distance. The beds were extremely comfy and the view was excellent. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!! We were very pleased!

  • We had a wonderful time and the condo is even nicer than shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is incredible as is the view from the front door. The furnishings are beautiful and make you feel right at home and the king size bed is a nice touch. Plenty of room for a family or friends. The building has plenty of elevators so the wait is not long at all. From the balcony we saw dolphins, pellicans, and ospreys which made the stay even better. I don't see how we could have found a better place to stay and hope to spend more time here in the future.
