Villa Magna is a gated ocean front private community with 24/7 security.
The Dreams Villa Magna Hotel is a part of our complex and offers 6 restaurants, ocean front watersports, a spa, tennis courts, a third pool, etc. So, if you don't feel like cooking, now it's only a short walk away. There are 24hr all inclusive passes available to guests at a special rate. This includes all meals, snacks and drinks.
The executive designed condo has leather furniture, a large 32” LCD TV with cable and a DVD/CD/VHS player, and an AM/FM/MP3 Stereo player in the living room. High speed DSL internet is available directly in the condo, so bring your laptop to keep in touch with friends and family. Tired of those hard Mexican hotel beds? Get a heavenly sleep on the new KING sized bed with our high quality Sealy Pillow Top Mattress. The 450 thread count luxury, quality linens and extra soft towels will add to your pampered pleasure. Awake to your favourite tunes with our AM/FM/IPod player in the bedroom. The voltage is 110V and a hair dryer is provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook if you desire, with all appliances. The condo is not equipped for small children, therefore suitable for adults only.
Our condo is on the best sandy beach in Nuevo Vallarta where you can walk for 10+ miles. It is located 15 minutes north of the airport, 25 minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta, and 15 minutes south of the warm and friendly town of Bucerias. There are also many restaurants within a few blocks, plus three world class golf courses. Our condo is about 1 1/2 miles north of the Paradise Village Resort/Mall/Marina, where there is a supermarket, restaurants, ATM, 24 hour medical center, a variety of stores, the Vallarta Yacht Club and a large marina with many water sports activities. A free bus service takes you anywhere on the Nuevo Vallarta strip.
Buses to downtown/airport stop 1 block from the condo and the taxi stand is next door. There is also a water taxi nearby to enjoy a trip to downtown Puerto Vallarta (El Centro) via the ocean. A ScotiaBank ATM is 2 blocks away. There are numerous, excellent restaurants (Mexican, French, Italian, Mediterranean) within two blocks walk of the condo. The Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta areas are known for having many excellent gourmet restaurants. The fresh seafood in this area is fantastic. Hockey is always on at Yo Yo Moes in Bucerieas.(Calgary owner, and best pizza in Puerto Vallarta.
Come, relax and enjoy 2 heated pools and an infinity pool, and miles of uncrowded beaches. Go whale watching; take a sunset sail and watch the fireworks; ride the water taxi to El Centro and the Malacon; drive to Bucerias or Punta de Mita for lunch; tour the Neuvo Vallarta canals; have dinner by the marina; play at 3 world class golf courses; go deep sea fishing; go scuba diving; boogie board the waves; parasail; get a massage at the Dreams Resort Spa or right on the beach; walk down the beach for a margarita/lunch at an ocean front restaurant; head out for a gourmet dinner and some dancing in a hot salsa night club or Senor Frogs; or just lay on the beach, or by the pools, and read a good book. The whale season is December to March and they are very active in the Bay of Banderas. There is something for everyone and all these fun activities are located close by our condo.

The weather from October - June is usually fantastic with sunny days in the mid 80s and nights in the upper 60s /low 70s. Many people have told us they find the weather to be consistently better in Puerto Vallarta than in Hawaii. The rainy season occurs in July, August and September with hot, humid weather, and there are no hurricanes.
ATTENTION: We have lowered our rates for the 2012 season from $1100 US/week to $750 US/week.

The condo was spotless and clean when we arrived. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and that was a plus. The master bedroom was amazing and the view onto the beach incredible to wake to every morning. The owner had given us detailed information about Villa Magna and the surrounding area. We took advantage of the restaurant selections and used the rental car company, Gecko (pick up and drop off at the airport). The condo manager was amazingly helpful with a missing suitcase. We had two minor housekeeping problems, which were also dealt with promptly by her also. Everyone staying at Villa Magna was very friendly and helpful. There were activities available at Dreams several nights we were there. Our family didn't cook dinner at the condo, but everything was available for us to use, including the outdoor grill, an excellent array of spices and every kitchen gadget you could think of. .All the dishwasher and laundry detergents were available, along with paper goods and cleaners. An excellent stay. I would certainly return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was superb .....immaculately clean and , pristine . The furniture was extremely comfortable . ( Especially the bed and couch ) It was exactly as represented . We really enjoyed being in this luxurious unit . The owners , Bonnie and Tim , were easy to deal with . They were helpful , generous and gracious . When we arrived Tim had the fridge stocked with beer , water and wine . He also drove us to Mega for our first big grocery shop . You couldn't ask for more . I wholeheartedly recommend this unit . You ll love it !Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful 3 week vacation at this Villa Magna Condo. The owners couldn't have been more accomodating or hospitable to our needs while we were there. They truly made us feel at home and part of their Villa Magna family. The condo had everything we needed for a great beach vacation and the furnishings and condition of the unit was great. We were able to have breakfast and lunch as well as relax in the space - it was very comfortable. Villa Magna is very unique as it is on the Dreams Resort property so you can enjoy 5 star amenities if you choose to or just relax on the beach. We will definetly return to Villa Magna - can't wait!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
