MAIN LEVEL: The den has Frank Lloyd Wright leaded glass, double entry doors. This den will double as a bedroom or office. The fully-furnished gourmet kitchen has custom glass tiles with pewter accents and granite slab counters, gas stove, and everything you will ever need for those special meals. There is a Granite slab breakfast bar and spacious dining room with built-in buffet. The large living room with 20+ foot vaulted ceilings, granite-trimmed fireplace, two comfortable recliners, large sofa, 36-inch TV plus Bose 3-2-1 entertainment system, DVD, and VCR.
UPSTAIRS: The master suite is furnished with Crotch mahogany "Mansion" Cal king bed with pillow top mattress, armoire, 36-inch TV, and DVD & VHS. Master bath includes Roman tub, double basin, separate shower, and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with pillow top mattress, armoire, 25-inch TV and DVD & VHS, and private full bathroom. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Plus, a two-car garage.

My husband and I recently stayed in this villa at Grayhawk. We found everything in great shape and really enjoyed this nice community. The photos on the web site are very accurate and the villa was extremely comfortable. While there were just two of us in the villa, it is definitely roomy and ready for many more. We especially appreciated the kindness of the owners who have left a few basic products for the tenants such as paper products, detergent, soap, and some items for cooking. It was really nice of them! It made our shopping a great deal easier. The community does require that you grill out down by the pool which wasn't as convenient but was easy to do. The pool which was a 2 minute walk away was lovely. We really enjoyed it! We would definitely recommend this apartment. It is nicely appointed, well cared for and very clean. The community is generally quiet but friendly. We have shared the address with friends and family and are happy to recommend it for others. The owners were great to deal with. They made the rental process smooth and easy!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We spent three weeks in this property including the Thanksgiving weekend. It was exactally as described. The unit is roomy, quiet and very comfortable. Lots of quail and rabbits around the property. You are out of the traffic and congestion of Scottsdale but close enough to get to all of the shopping, resturants and golf that you could ever want. There are 3 great grocery stores within a mile and plenty of local resturants/bistros and shops. The unit is very complete and the owner and property agent were very easy to work with. We have recommended this unit to friends.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This place is fantastic!!! From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The listing description truly was accurate regarding this home. It was peaceful, beautiful, and so convenient to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Minutes away from golf courses, Kierland shopping, Old Town Scottsdale, and many wonderful restaurants. We loved the Herb Box restaurant, within walking distance, for appetizers & a glass of wine. We were also impressed with how easy the communication was with the owner and property manager. We would highly recommend this property, golf course view, Pinnicale Peak view, house fully loaded with everything!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
