This is a charming, 5 bedroom summer cottage. It is furnished with hand painted antique furniture and is situated in a private community called Brewster Park.
The cottage is a one-minute walk to a private beach where twice a day the tide goes out for more than a mile allowing for fabulous walks on the ocean bottom, basking on white sand bars, paddling in tidal pools and swimming in warm, gentle channels. In addition, during the summer (July 4 - Labor Day) there are organized games for children every morning at 10:00 as well as a story hour for little ones and an arts and crafts program for rainy days. Because the community is private children ride their bikes to the playground and to the beach freely and happily.
This cottage has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the community is one of the most children friendly places ever.
