Thanks Nish Our Families had a wonderful time... Kids really enjoyed the pool we also enjoyed having a BBQ, Nice to have a meal cooked at home. Really look forward to returning next year and renting again. The house was just as you seen in the photos, Lovely furiture and very spacious....and also very close to all the attractions. We felt very secure in this neighbourhood, there was always a security car driving by. See you next year The Curlew's Newfoundland

The location was great and the house was as pictured in the photos. The owner was very nice to deal with. There were only downfalls was the ducks/geese living in the pond in the back yard. They honked and quacked at all hours of the night keeping us up. It made it difficult to sleep. Also, the pool heat wasn't heat, it is a pump system that warms the pool to the outside temperature only. If it is cold out, you pay for nothing. Hopefully the geese and ducks will be removed from the property. There is no refund. The property was clean and well maintained.

Owner response:Really glad the house was as expected. The area is in a conservation area & the Florida Sandhill Cranes can be seen around. We think there is a pair there. There is a electric pool heating system but the last week of december in 2010 & the start of 2011 was the coldest temperatures in the history of Florida, infact well below freezing during some nights. The pool heater was checked by our pool guy but it was simply the fact that the outside temperature was just too cold. Hopefully Florida will not go through these tough temperatures again. Here is more about the Sandhill Cranes ....Resident sandhill cranes are usually seen in very small groups or pairs. In November and December, however, large flocks of northern cranes move in, more than doubling the population in the state and then leave during March and April. The Cranes are a pretty sight like Flamingos ... Sandhill cranes (Grus canadensis) are long legged, long necked, gray, heron-like birds with a patch of bald red skin on top of their head. Cranes fly with necks outstretched like geese whereas, herons fly with necks tucked in on their backs. For positive identification, look for reddish skin on top of the crane's head

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures of the house were exactly as the house was. the pool was great. The owner was great to deal with and answered all questions. I would go back and recommend it to family and friends:)

We are from the Virgin Islands. We stayed at the home for 15 days from July 28 – Aug. 12, 2010. We loved every minute of it. We could not believe that the time was up to leave. We had a great time. The layout and location of the home is great. We will stay there again as long as the house is available. Great for all ages.

We just returned after a week stay in Orlando, wishing we could of had another week!!! The accomodations were great. The only thing we had to bring was our clothes, they had everything needed to make our stay very pleasent. We loved everything, especially our own swimming pool to the comfortable beds. We had one small problem with the aircondtioning on our last night and the owner had someone there within 1/2 hour to fix. We really appreciated that since we had a long drive ahead of us the next day. We definitely plan on returning hopefully sooner than later!!!

It is the best vacation house in the world i love the furniture and the pool is so big and warm IF I WAS YOU GO THERE AND RENT THE HOUSE IT HAS GREAT PRICE.
