Beautiful lake home with 180 degree view of Lake Martin. Home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with linens, cooking utensils, charcoal grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Master Bedroom upstairs with walk in tile shower. TV/Cable also in Master Bedroom. Wash room upstairs also. Grandroom with fireplace, TV, DVD. Lake is visible from dining room. Screened in porch to enjoy quiet days reading/sleeping. Walk from side of yard directly into lake for swimming. Dock has mooring whips to dock your boat. Restaurants within short distance, hiking trails and lots of antique shops. This is a wonderful family vacation home, very quiet and serene.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT!!! NO PETS!!!!

We require 1/2 of the rental fee, deposit (Please mail the deposit fee in a separate check) and cleaning fee to reserve your dates. The remaining fees MUST to be paid within 15 days of your arrival. You will need to call the day before arrival to obtain the key code to open key box!!
