Why the Owner Chose Midnight Cove II
We were introduced to Siesta Key by our friends and fell in love with the White Quartz Sands
of Crescent Beach (Siesta Key) and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our clients
are from all over the World and come back year after year to enjoy our condos. It is an area
which is very family oriented and safe. We are located just two hrs from Disney World and
one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are three (3) very good reasons to rent our condos LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION, close
to everything but away from all. Siesta Key makes you feel like you are in the Carribean Islands
but yet you can drive there and enjoy. Regarding travel Sarasota Bradenton Airport is only a
20 minute drive away. Tampa International Airport is just a one hour drive and Orlando Airport
is a two hour drive. Several Shopping Malls are within a 15 minute drive from the Key. There
are also a variety of many restaurants to choose from in the area. All our Rental Properties
are ULTRA CLEAN, Updated and located in the BEST AREA on the Beach and Intercoastal Waterway.
A hub of Arts and Culture is found in the City of Sarasota just 20 minutes from our Condos.
Other Ammenties include renting bikes, boat rentals, parasailing, deep sea fishing.

We both grew up in the northeast part of the Country Orchard Park, New York (suburb
of Buffalo, New York). We have been going to Siesta Key since 1979 on and off during
the years. After purchasing our first condo at that time, we have invested in
several other properties both Gulffront and on the Intercoastal Waterway on Siesta Key.
