The House is steps away from the sand, boardwalk, pier, and dozens of restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. You will be enjoying your stay a few blocks from Famous Huntington Beach, its Pier, and boardwalk. Not only is it known as "Surf City USA," but it is also considered one of the safest cities in the US. The house is located within 3 blocks from Main Street with dozens of restaurants, pubs, boutique shops, and nightlife. The Beach house is a two bedroom, one bath,hard wood floor, single family home with a laundry room on-site, sideyard and patio with parking off the street for 2. The has been recently remodeled with new paint, new flooring. The Beach House is warm and inviting and includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and we believe, everything you need for homemade meals. The first bedroom contains a queen size bed, and flat screen color television with satellite channels. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and TV. The living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps two, and a 52in flat screen television with satellite channels, DVD player, VCR, stereo system with CD player. High speed internet access available. (DSL) No Smoking, No Pets.
