The climate is very temperate with a year-round average temperature of 70-degrees. Activities include surfing, boogey boarding, walking on the beach, sun bathing and a close-by municipal golf course. You will be in walking distance to local shops and eateries in the quaint town of Coronado.
Located next door to the historic Hotel Del Coronado, this high-rise condo has been recently upgraded and features a full bathroom, washer/dryer and a full modern kitchen. It is in a gated community with a doorman present at all times.
The property has multiple heated swimming pools, hot tubs, children's pools and tennis courts on site. One garage parking spot is available for the unit.
On the other side of the Coronado Bridge is San Diego which is one of the largest cities in America. It boasts world famous points of interest such as the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, LegoLand, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Gas Lamp District, Balboa Park, Old Town and the San Diego Museum of Art. San Diego is accessible by car (just drive over the bridge) or by Ferry for $1.50.
