Tropical Pool Home, in town, near everything, in a Quite and peaceful neighborhood. This home sets on a wet land preserve (small but there) that attracts many different Birds and other animals. We have a nice pool and deck area, and a totally updated home.
Both bedrooms have Queen size beds, with a set of Bunk beds, and the Florida room has a very nice Queen size coil spring Sleeper Sofa. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the other is a shower only. Both bathrooms and the entire home are very clean.
The kitchen was recently replaced and is fully equipped as well as a BBQ on the pool deck. Everything you will need is here.
Spring and Summer are Turtle season, June and July are peak nesting times. Winter is world Class Fishing, Fresh water or Salt water fishing is great. Surfing, diving, boating, and beaching year round. We have some of the nicest Beaches in Florida or the World. Do not miss Turtle Beach, Bath Tub Beach, or Sunrise Beach. Maybe just bring your book and relax on our beaches and in our Sun. The Everglades our unique to Florida and fun to view from an airboat tour or a hike. The Everglades have true World Class fresh water fishing, and are only a little over 1 hour away.
You may just want to stay home and hang at the pool and chill out, that O.K.
