We had the pleasure of renting this great home in the wonderful Tahoe Keys community. There are many facilities as part of Tahoe Keys if you want to use them. The pictures on the website are authentic and it is a very well stocked, clean and comfortable home. Everything on the main level is open so if someone is cooking or at the table, they can still be with people in the living room. We stayed July1-6, 2011 and saw a great fireworks display from the back deck!! The house overlooks a preserve and snowcapped mountains so we got a gorgeous view, and got to see some amazing, colorful birds. Jo Mayeda is a joy to work with, mailing sets of keys to two different locations, answering any questions quickly, and returning our deposit in full within the week after we left. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this home to families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a restful, relaxing vacation!! We highly recommend taking the gondola ride to see the entire view of Lake Tahoe. We saw many waterfalls and enjoyed the drive around the Lake. We enjoyed the views and food at the Sunnyside Restaurant in Sunnyside and the Fresh Ketch in Tahoe Keys.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a comfortable home! We spent a week (summer 2008) in this home. The views from the living room are "BREATHTAKING". I highly recommend renting this home. The owner is a pleasure to work with.
