This townhome has been completely remodeled, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's and new furniture. The townhome overlooks Lake Catherine. You enter this townhome on the middle floor, the unit has a walkout lower floor to the Lake. Two bedrooms up stairs, one with a queen, one with a single bed. The lower level has two queens and a private bath w/ shower. The upstairs has one full bath. Middle floor has a 1/2 bath.
The area features five top flight championship golf courses and seven lakes. Renters have access to the Community Health Club (1-2 miles). Renters can also rent boats and use beach facilities.
Although Fairfield Glade is geared toward seniors, it has attractions for children (i.e., miniature golf, beach, paddle boats). The lakes have HP restrictions and no jet ski's or wave runners.

Two friends and I recently rented one of this owner's condos at FG...the condo was well appointed, very comfy and a good location.....the lakeview was great to wake up to each morning. Randy is great to deal with and returns emails promptly. Will definitely rent from him again. Enjoyed this stay very much.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Margi and I own 4 condos in Lake Shore Terrace- two are for long term rentals and two are for short term vacations. We also have a property in Orange Beach, AL that is listed on VRBO #232647. We also have two condos on Lake Michigan in New Buffalo, MI. All our vacation properties overlook water.
Why the Owner Chose Fairfield Glade:
My brother owns lives in the Glades. We purchased 4 units based on the desirability of the area. Many midwesterners have migrated to the area escaping high taxation of Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Indiana

This community has build a new recreation center since we purchased. The golf course are wonderful. The area offers lakefront and wooded lots. Many people rent our units for a year while they sell their midwest homes and scout the area for their retirement home.
