Brand new in March 2007 and beautifully decorated, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo.
The unit is decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and chairs. There’s a large television with DVD player and surround sound – all this with a gorgeous view from the sliding glass doors and direct access to the main balcony.
MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features garden tub and separate shower. The upscale bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and fun artwork. This bedroom features a 27” TV with DVD player as well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves!
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also has a king sized bed. Lovely wood toned furnishings, attractive artwork and a large TV welcome you to lie back and relax. Sliding glass doors open out to the balcony from this bedroom as well. This bedroom has direct access to the Jack and Jill bath it shares with the bunk area.
BUNK AREA puts a fun twist on traditional bunks. We’ve added a trundle bunk so that this area sleeps 3 rather than the usual 2.
These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living room allow the unit to sleep 9 comfortably with 2 total baths.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Sturdy DINING table seats six (6) with seating for three (3) more at the granite bar. From the kitchen, dining room area and living room look right out to the panhandle’s sugar white sands and emerald green waters.
Picture yourself viewing the emerald green vista of the Gulf of Mexico and the Dan Russell Fishing Pier from your balconies This is an end unit facing out over the beach. The main balcony features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and main master bedroom. Remember each bedroom has its own balcony! The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.

What a great unit.... Our family had a terrific time at this resort. Beautiful room with lots of space for families. The only downside I would mention is that the unit could have cleaner upon our arrival (floors not swept, etc). Overall I would return with no questions...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
