Great value! Very clean. Loved the beach! Our family had a great time, and we were all very pleased with these accommodations. It had everything we needed. The pool was a treat, and it is close to a great deal of activity. Looking forward to our next visit. We will recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved the house and location, better than the photos. Property very well-maintained and clean. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. The beach is great and the swamp buggy races were a lot of fun.

Every year we spend about 8 weeks over the winter at Marco Island. We've been doing so for the past 18 years. Up until last year we stayed at the same house for the past 5 years. This year the owner wasn't renting it during the months we wanted it and we had to find another location. It was a blessing in disguise. We stumbled across this house and it's AMAZING!!! It is by far the best house and location we've ever stayed at since coming to Marco Island. First off it's just beautiful inside, very well appointed. Secondly the location is fantastic. It's very close to the beach and we walked over every day. I can't say enough about the house and location, the owners definitely care about the house, you can feel it the minute you walk in and I'd highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a five star home and location.

Stayed at this house during the month of November 2011 .The location was superb the house was as described ,well maintained ,very clean & the local managing agent was very helpful & efficient. There are some excellent restaurants in the immediate location such as Mareks, old marco inn & Konrads. Why i am telling you this i don,t Know as i would be delighted to stay at the house again & when you read this you may have booked it before me !!!!!!
