Great, very quiet, very secure, location just 3 blocks from the start of the action on Bourbon St and a short walk from the riverfront street car that takes you to downtown in ~ 5 minutes. You really could not pick a better location to base yourself in NOLA. Beautiful courtyard and nice accommodations. Perfect set up for my wife and I travelling with our two daughters (6 and 7 years old). Owner communication was excellent. Thanks!

Great place, fantastic location. Exactly as advertised. Dawn and her husband were great, they accomodated us with a rather late arrival. The place is maintained very well - very clean.

This condo was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. From the get-go, Dawn made the reservation process simple and straightforward. Steve met us there and showed us around and everything was just as they represented it. 2 nice bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and small living room in between. Lovely private courtyard. Super quiet even though it's just a few blocks from the action of Bourbon St. Parking pass was really convenient, too. Would definitely recommend this to friends and will stay there again! Thanks, Dawn and Steve!

Myself, my husband and 2 friends stayed in this lovely apartment for Halloween weekend 2011. We could not have been happier with our stay. The property is exactly as described and nicer than expected! The master bedroom is VERY spacious. Added bonus is that Dawn and her husband are absolute sweethearts. A+ rental and A+ customer service. Thank you Dawn! We will see you again :)

We had a wonderful stay on Bourbon St. The apartment was very comfortable and in the best location. Walking distance to everything the Quarter offers. It was very hot and humid when we visited so the condo was a wonderful place to get out of the heat. The air conditioning worked great and since both bedrooms are on either side of the living/kitchen you can adjust each room's temperature to accommodate different preferences. Dawn was very easy to work with and met us there when we arrived. We loved being close to many great restaurants and shops, and don't miss Verti Mart's great sandwiches! It was an easy walk up Bourbon to catch the Trolley to the Garden District etc. Overall it was a great stay.

2nd year we have stayed in the condo and we truly enjoyed ourselves. This place is perfect! Your actually ON bourbon street without the huge chaos and street closures you get closer to Canal. We had no problem with parking, pretty much parked right in front of the condo each day we stayed. Love everything about staying here and its perfect for two couples or a couple with 1/2 kids.

Thank you to our gracious hosts, Dawn and Steve! This is a wonderful little gem located very conveniently within walking distance to everything that is the French Quarter. The parking pass is a huge bonus if you arrive by car. The condo was clean, well decorated and with every little amenity you can think of! Iron, hair dryer, coffee…. the list goes on and on! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The galley style kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or simply house the leftovers from the restaurants you will visit! The best part of this condo is that while it is very close to all the action, it is very quiet. The courtyard is beautiful with many fragrant flowers, which is quintessential New Orleans. We were blessed with beautiful weather as well. If you are looking for that “total immersion experience” into the culture and lifestyle that is New Orleans and the French Quarter, then look no further. This is a sweet little home away from home!

My husband and I, along with another couple, all in our 30's, had an absolute blast during our stay. Like previous reviewers have stated, the pictures don't do the place justice. The decor, layout (sort of like one long hallway) and overall vibe of the unit is quintessential New Orleans and has so much character -- something you'd never get in a hotel. We almost always had the patio all to ourselves, even though it's shared with other units. The location is perfect -- one block from a 24-hour store to satisfy those late night, post-Bourbon munchies (a chicken fried steak sandwich at 3am is pretty delicious!), and less than a 10-minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter. Dawn and Steve were gracious and welcoming hosts and made my first VRBO-rental experience convenient and delightful. We can't wait to go back.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It is in a perfect location on Bourbon. The owners were most excellent with everything. I highly recommend putting this on your list if needing a place to stay while in New Orleans. Thanks.

So wonderfull? ABSOLUTELY! The place is as the photos show it, but.......you know what? It's better being there than only look at the photos! The owners's wellcoming is so sweet too, and the place is next everything in New Orleans. I've been there a few days last december and I'ld like to come back again and stay, stay, stay... Thank's to the owners.

We would highly recommend this Condo to anyone visiting New Orleans. It is in a perfect location, right on Bourbon Street, just a short walk to all the excitement, but far enough away to be a quiet and peaceful haven. The courtyard is so relaxing with lovely foilage. We almost didnt want to leave there the whole time! Parking wasnt a problem, in fact we easily parked right outside, and the permit we were given by the owners, gave us peace of mind that we didnt have to touch our car for the whole of our stay. The Condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything we could have needed. We came with another couple and we all had the chance to be independent because of the layout, or open it up and its great for a family get-together. The owners were so welcoming and helpful in every way and have really thought of everything that you could need for your stay to make it 'home from home'. We hope one day to visit New Orleans again and will certainly be booking this Condo for our trip. A big Thank You from England, for making it so Perfect!

I haved stayed in this condo a few times now and the pictures do not tell the whole story. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of privacy within condo. We have been with and without our two children and it was perfect for either. Arrive, park car, and never have to drive again during your stay. Host an evening of cocktails for your friends that made the mistake of staying in a hotel in the beautiful courtyard. You truly feel like you are at home as soon as you arrive. Would reccomend this condo to anyone without hesitation.

We stayed here last year over memorial weekend. Its such a perfect little place, quiet and close to all the nightlife on Bourbon Street! Very clean, well decorated, has everything you would need. Met with the owner on the day of our arrival and she was very kind and made us feel extremely welcomed. We are planning our second trip to stay in the condo now! Parking was fine, it was a busy week but it was never a serious issue, we were either right out front or just around the block. ITs great to stay on Bourbon street but not have to deal with the loud atmosphere of being at the heart of it all if you like your sleep. 2 couples shared this condo and it was plenty spacious for all of us!

My best friend & I first stayed here in 2009, and we loved it so much we came back again this year. The condo is wonderfully located - close to everything. It's clean, cool, nice & comfy, with a great kitchen, nice bathrooms & a beautiful courtyard. We adore the "Louis" bedroom; it's even cuter than the pictures. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place and recommend it whole-heartedly!

My family and I love going to the condo! It's our favorite place to stay when we are in the city, because it is so conveniently located to a lot of great places in the city. Also, we enjoy how quiet and charming the condo is. It's just a great place to go.

My husband and another couple stayed here during March, 2010. It was an awesome place to stay for our weekend getaway. It isn't a bad walk to all the night life that Bourbon has to offer. We really enjoyed the courtyard also. The inside was better that we could have ever imagined. Photos do not do this place any justice. It is absolutely charming indeed. Would definately recommend this place. Owner is also awesome to work with.

What a great place. Its right around the corner from a coffee and pastry shop, and walking distance from everything in the French Quarter. For two couples or a family of four it doesn't get any better than this. I'll be going back for sure.

My husband and I had such a wonderful visit to this condo! It was everything we could have dreamed of! The shutters on the windows kept it dark, which was very conducive to the sleep that we were there for! We had a little trouble getting into the key box and it was very late when we got there, but we finally got in and it was well worth all the work. The courtyard area was wonderful...only wish we had taken friends to share it with! Everything was so clean and everything was in it's place! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the Quarter...never moved our car once we got there! Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit...no dirty clothes to take home. Full kitchen was a definite plus, although part of the reason we visit NOLA is for the food! We visited in the middle of the summer and it was so nice to come back in to a wonderfully cool place to kick up our feet and rest. We will definitely rent this condo again!

The place is just perfect! Perfectly located (walking distance of lot of intersting places as restaurants, shopping, music etc...) but at the same time, quiet area. Perfect condo: nice furnitures and very handy (2 nice bathrooms, kitchen, bar, dish washer, washing machine, drier etc...).Perfect owner:very welcoming. My only regret: I came end of december and it was so cold that there was no way to enjoy the nice patio! This is why I'm going back end of April! I will recommand the place to anyone. Nice for 2 couples that would like to stay together. Nicole

This was the best place I have stayed in New Orleans and I cannot recommend it enough. The owners are so acommodating and their place is very nice and enjoyable. It is in the French Quarter and very close to all the excitement but in a nice residential area where you don't have to worry about the noise. It is ideal for two couples wanting to save by staying in one place. I forgot my toothpaste and they even had some there for me without having to ask for it! I look forward very much to staying there again.

We have stayed in this charming condo for two years in a row and can't think of a better New Orleans retreat. It's cozy, clean, quiet and located on a mellow block of Bourbon St.. It is also walking distance to the Marigny district so the location can't be beat. The owners are incredibly helpful and kind and the apartment feels like a true home away from home. Highly recommend--can't go wrong with this rental!
