This is YOU on vacation at our oceanview condo...can you feel the bliss?? You pack a lunch in our fully...(yes, fully!) equipped kitchen, grab the six beach chairs (provided by us, of course), and head across the street for the white sandy beach...all ONE THOUSAND FEET of it...all privately owned.
You take a swim in the warm and wonderful Atlantic, soak up some sun, then take a walk along the beach enjoying the quiet, pristine neighborhoods (they don't call it the 'Golden Mile' for nothing!)
Later you head out for some of the best golfing on the planet, take in a show, or shop till you drop...you return happy, blissful, and ready to settle into our clean and beautifully decorated first floor (no stairs!), 2 bedroom/2 bath, smoke-free, family-friendly condo, kick back for some TV/DVD/Stereo time, and get ready to get up the next day...and do it all again!
OR...perhaps you prefer to choose from an endless array of restaurants or exciting night life... Wow... There is truly something for everyone. And when the fun is over for the day you get to go back to your "home away from home" and relax. Pure bliss.

My husband, youngest son and I have just returned from a fantastic week long vacation at this condo. I had previously visited for a girls long weekend away but to be able to spend a full week with family was wonderful. We took great long walks on the beach, collected shells (lots of really neat shells to find too!) and spent hours boogie boarding. This condo is perfect with all of the amenities necessary to be able to make meals at home and save some money while you have plenty of great restaurant options in the area. We highly recommend Joe's Crab Shack at Barefoot Landing...great food/prices and entertainment for all. We already miss our routine of waking up, making our breakfast and preparing our lunches to spend the day at the beach and are already looking at our schedule to see when we can go back! Thank you so much again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We were pleasantly surprised that they had new floors throughout and a newly updated, modern master bathroom. The condo and property was very well-maintained, and the owner was nice to work with and quick to reply to emails or questions. You just can't beat that it is only a few steps away from the beach and a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants.

My best friend and I were able to leave our husbands and children behind and get away for some time to ourselves this past weekend and your condo was the perfect place! Great location being right across from a nice, quiet, relaxing part of the beach but only a short drive of a mile away from the busier sections. Broadway at the Beach was only 2 1/2 miles away as well. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and every attention to detail was clear. Even the towels were of high quality (which you normally don't see in a rental..) Thank you so much for a fabulous weekend. Nobody can go wrong with this condo...I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I have been enjoying our stays at this condo going on five years...We find it accomodates our needs and we have frequent visitors..our stay is 4/5 weeks in April into May..the weather at that time of year is great for lazy days at the beach or beach bars... The location is wonderful - close to the beach but far away enough from the high rises and downtown. but we do like the ability to travel downtown to see the sites and visit the great eateries... Every year there seems to be improvements made to the condo it's very comfortable for us...and the fact that wi/fi has been installed is a great plus... Looking forward to our time there this year..

We stayed for one week in this condo. We liked the location and there was plenty of room for all us. We have two sons 13 and 12. The reason for the average rating is as follows: there was mold in the shower, the fixtures were rusted and some handles in the bathtub were broke and we found hair in the bathrooms so the cleaning crew did not do a very good job and there is no wi-fi. Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation very much.
