Spacious A-frame waterfront house with views of the water and surrounding hills either from inside or from a spacious deck. House has a sleeping loft (king size bed) with couch, entertainment center and computer with desk and a wall mounted air conditioning unit.
Main floor has two bedrooms (king and queen), full bath, and a large open great room combining kitchen, dining area and living room with full floor to ceiling windows to take in the views. Wood fireplace and propane wall heater make it cozy in the winter months.
Basement has a bedroom (queen bed), laundry facilites in a separate room and bathroom with shower.
Optional detached unit that sleeps up to 6 (double bed in sleeping loft, trundle day-bed on main floor, full kitchen and shower). Rental rate for this unit is an additonal $100.00/night, plus $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
There is a boat ramp with access to the water but no boat dock.
This vacation home has been well loved for many years as a family gathering place during both the winter and summer months. It is the perfect place to bring your family to rest, relax, swim and watch the waterfowl, spectacular sunsets and sunrises or to just sit out on the spacious lawn to take it all in!
Perfect for the Bass fisherman (boat ramp available on the property) to rest and recharge before you go back out again to catch the next big one!

My family came here for 2 nights during the memorial weekend. This house has great view. My group includes people from 4 - 70 years old, and we all had wonderful time there. Good place for fishing too. My brother caught 8 big catfishes right behind the backyard. Thanks to Nancy with her great help to make our trip successful.
