The house is beautiful and clean. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for cars and boat trailers. including a huge garage. You can walk to the trolley stop, several shops, restaurants and you are a walk or bike ride away from either pier. A cautionary note: the stairs are steep and tiled. We blocked them with the couch, which worked well if not the prettiest use of furniture... but it saved our little ones from a fall. The listing description we read was misleading when it came to boat dockage. This is still the case "Boaters will enjoy using the private boat docks to access world class fishing in the blue/green waters that surround this quaint and unique island." I read this as being able to dock our boat in a space that was assigned to this house. The owner was nice and tried to rectify this by telling us of a spot where we could keep our boat for the time being. However, we had to be quite about it. This was helpful but not very practical (as we had 4 kids in tow!). All in all, I would return and/or recommend this house to others.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
