Straight ahead is the kitchen which overlooks the back yard and large swimming pool. The pool is visible from the dining room, kitchen, family room and two of the bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable couches and beds. Both the formal living room and the large family room have a fireplace. Hardwood floors and high ceilings really compliment the look and feel of the house. Office cubicle with computer is available for your use.
The backyard is equipped with a patio set, lounge chairs and barbecue area that over look the pool. Tables provided for outdoor dining. Land scaped garden. Weekly maid service, gardening, and local telephone and wireless internet is included. One mile to Hendry's beach and three miles to downtown Santa Barbara, the Mission and State Street. There are wonderful mountain views out the back overlooking the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Child fence can be installed around the pool area for an additional charge.
