Beautiful Cottage with Spa/Pool & a Fantastic Deck Just Feet from the Beach

Within 100 feet to the white sandy walkway leading to 7 1/2 miles of white beach which borders the Gulf of Mexico. Beach lovers will love watching pelicans dive, dolphins swim and the ibis run.
The Cottage is in a very quiet location and slightly hidden by its tropical foliage and palms. The property is on stilts and approached by a small flight of steps leading to a private deck. The cottage is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, cable TV, DVD, CD, tape player and radio.
The living room/dining room lends itself to carefree entertaining with sliding doors opening onto the large deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The main bedroom has double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath basin and w.c. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if required and requested. second bathroom has walk in shower.
On the Ground Floor there is large shaded area for sitting and there is also a spa/pool.
Please note that due to some recent works which have been carried out inside, the space around the dining table has become quite restricted and therefore we do not feel the property is able to accommodate any more than 3 people comfortably. This is something that we are hoping to get rectified, but it may not be in time for your requested dates, and therefore you may need to consider this when deciding if the property would be suitable for you.

We love AMI! It is Paradise to us! The house is perfect for our family when visiting relatives on the street. Clean, comfortable and close - perfect! We enjoyed meals at the Sandbar, Rod & Reel, Sign of the Mermaid and ice cream at Two Scoops. We also like the birds outside the Sand & Surf Shop as well as all the wildlife on the beach.
