Beautiful newly built home across the street from the beach and on the marsh. The views are breathtaking, especially from the fourth story penthouse and decks (you can see the Morris Island and Sullivan's Island lighthouses as well as the Cooper River Bridge). Swim in the ocean and enjoy the beach located across the street.
Our home has four stories. The garage is located on the ground level with a private outdoor hot & cold shower and storage areas. Located on the second level are four bedrooms: one master with a king bed and luxurious, private bath; one with a queen bed and shared bath; one with two twin beds and a private bath; and one room with a queen sleeper sofa with play area (bath shared with queen room).
The third floor has a master bedroom and private bath along with a half-bath for your guests, the kitchen, dining and living areas. A spiral staircase takes you up to the fourth story (penthouse) where there is a "bar" area, mini kitchen and half-bath with large decks on the front and back of the house.
We offer two small childrens' bikes, 6 beach chairs and a few beach toys.
The elevator gives you access to all floors. Levels two and three have small decks for viewing the incredible sunsets that happen daily! Address is 1606 E. Ashley Ave. (which is 2.5 miles from Center Street (downtown Folly). Beach access is through the vacant lot 2 houses over (one house in front of ours, the one next to it and then the vacant lot).

We spent Thanksgiving at the house. It was perfect for our family of 9; everything necessary for Thanksgiving was provided. Plus, we had enough space for Thanksgiving dinner. Luckily for us, the weather was wonderful. We were able to enjoy the views that the 3rd floor provided. Plus, the house's location at Folly Beach is ideal. There are no crowds this time of year at the beach, and the house is around 20 minutes from Central Charleston.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We spent one week in this home earlier this summer. Absolutely gorgeous home and the views are fantastic! Pictures do not do justice of this home, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, awesome TVs, and the penthouse was a huge hit when the kids went to bed! A very short walk to the beach is an added bonus. We are hoping to spend another week at this house next summer!

My family and I shared this house with friends, and we had a great time. The layout of the house is perfect for families with kids; the bedrooms are on the floor beneath the main living area and 2 floors beneath the penthouse deck (where we spent almost all of our time after the kids went to bed). The house is just across the street from the beach. There is a path, but we used the deck of the house directly across the street (after asking the guests there). This house is also far enough from the main Folly Beach beach area and pier that the beach is not at all crowded. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen. Great vacation home!

This house was so nice. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, fabulous views and an absolute joy to stay in. The elevator was a added plus. My mother used it and we also used it for loading and unloading. Would definitely recommend this house!
