Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation the week of July 23rd. Your condo is beautifully decorated, and the view is phenomenal. We were in Panama City for my sister's wedding, and other family members stayed at different condos (one was less expensive and one was more expensive). All felt your condo was the best in comparison to size, decor and view. Sometimes pictures on the Internet are deceiving, but the photos posted on the website were accurate and decor was actually nicer in person. The building was very well maintained and onsite management very friendly and helpful. The sand was beautiful and felt like flour on your feet. It never seemed to get too hot to walk barefoot. While my family went canoeing or boating, I spent most of my time on the balcony relaxing and just taking in the view. I emailed a picture of the view from the balcony to friends, and one plans to use it as a screen saver for her laptop. If I ever return to Panama City, I would difinitely rent this condo again. Steve, thank you for your personal phone call when I was searching for condos back in January and the quick return of the security deposit.

Awesome describes this condo. Dining Room pictures are most representative of the whole condo. The rest don't come close to doing it justice. It really is exceptionally nice. Made my husband promise to take me there at least once a year. The owners are wonderful to deal with, both in making arrangements and following thru with returning deposit very promptly. We saw the most beautiful sunset we have ever seen in our lives the first night there while having drinks on the balcony. The location on the beach is soooooooo convenient. Beautiful pools. Property is very very clean and magnificently maintained. Parking space in the garage for this condo is really convenient. We were nervous about the arrangements because we were arriving late on Sunday night but they have a very efficient set up for gaining entry. If you are considering Panama City Beach, I can't believe it gets any better than this at their rental rates. Also best location for watching the Ironman Triathlon.

We just got back from this condo on 7/17/10 from my daughters softball tournament and the pictures does not do this condo justice. We loved everything about it. It was in an excellent location and the condo itself was big and roomy! It was one of the best ones we have ever stayed at. Also it being located on the 7th floor was perfect! Not too far up that you couldnt hear the ocean but far enough up not to hear all the noise from the pool. It had the biggest balcony I have ever seen and the views were amazing! We will definitly being staying here again whenever we visit PC.
