Welcome to Waipouli Beach Resort! This brand new luxury resort is centrally located directly on the beach, between the towns of Kapaa and Wailua on Kauai's beautiful East Shore. This "Five Star" resort was recently awarded the "2006 Parade of Homes Award of Excellence" and you will find that it truly is the BEST that East Kauai has to offer!

Our spacious condo features two, king master suites, so if you are traveling with another couple, you will both feel that you have the "Best" bedroom! There is also a queen, sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests, and with 3 full baths, getting ready for your days "out discovering Kauai" will never be a hassle. There is a scenic lanai off the living room as well as both of the bedrooms. From the lanais, you have a direct view of the famous "Sleeping Giant" mountain as well as a "pick-a-boo" ocean view to the left side of your lanai.
Our "gourmet" kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and solid granite counters, is truly the Ultimate and will impress even the most discriminating chef. We also have a full sized washer and dryer so you will be able to pack light!
The very upscale furnishings, featuring names like Lexington and Tommy Bahama, are the finest available and of course, brand new. To assure you rest peacefully, luxury bed linens and a variety of pillow options have been provided in both suites.

Every inch of this condo is top notch!!! My booking experience with Chad was outstanding. And Josh, our contact on Kauai, was extremely prompt and helpful with a few questions we had upon arrival. My husband and I were the only occupants of this 2 bedroom, but we opted for the guest suite, which is just as beautiful as the master. We had no issue not having an ocean front location. We sat at the lanai table frequently enjoying the swaying coconut trees, lush landscape, and mountain views. It didn't take long for us to arrive at the conclusion that we would be back and this unit is where we want to be - with or without another couple to occupy that master suite.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo is in the perfect location for scouting out all areas of the island. If you want to travel north to Tunnels Beach it is a nice drive. If you want to go up to the canyon, that is quite do-able as well. Basically, the location is ideal for whatever you have planned each day on the island. This condo is supremely well-equipped with all that you need to have a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The furniture, carpet, tile, appliances and all finishings are truly of the highest quality. I WANT that carpet! It is so nice to wake up and step onto such great carpet and then onto the beautiful travertine tile flooring. If you are traveling with others in your group, you should also know that the interior doors are SUPER heavy duty. The sound simply doesn't pass through these doors...thus, you can be assured of complete privacy when you are in your room. If you are looking to make use of the kitchen, fear not, every appliance imaginable is available for your use. They even have thought to leave dishwashing detergent so you don't have to hand wash a thing... just place your dishes in the top-of-the-line dishwashing drawer! (If you are cooking be sure to take advantage of the FARMERS MARKETS. You can get a listing of when and where the farmers market occurs each day. On Wednesdays in Kapa'a is a market at 3pm. Be sure to get there early with lots of dollar bills to make transactions.) The exterior door is a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of a key card while out and about. And, you can customize the code to whatever number is easiest for YOU! That's easy, and great for vacationing minds. The condo resort grounds are also just as described. The pool is immaculate. The hot-tubs were very nice as well. The staff who works around the pool are all very friendly. You can check out beach towels from them and simply return at the end of your stay or swap them out daily if that's more your style. We were very lucky to see a MONK SEAL almost every morning right at the Waipouli Resort beach. This big guy would come ashore to sleep each day and local volunteers routinely cordoned him off to ensure his safety. You can stand right at the roping to see him and take a few pics! Everything about this condo is as-described by the owners. We were truly completely satisfied with our experience. Thanks especially to Chad who handled our reservation and answered all our questions before we traveled to Kauai. Mahalo

At the outset, let me express my heartfelt gratitude to you for enabling what was possibly one of the best vacations of our life thanks to the luxurious accommodations. From the moment we walked into our apartment to the moment we left it with heavy hearts, we were in awe...the apartment was meticulous, beautifully decorated and maintained beyond our expectations. The resort itself was beautiful and our kids loved the river pool and the water slide and were there every day. Working with you and making the reservations were so easy and effortless that we can't wait to reserve the condo for our next visit to Kauai. Thanks so much for all your help and kindness. Our trip was amazing, the unit was beautiful, very well furnished and modern!! We definitely want to go back to Kauai and are thinking around the same time next year, but for longer than just 6 days. We had a fantastic time and the place was fabulous. After a day of excursions it was so nice to come back and relax, go down to the jacuzzi for awhile and then into the great condo. I have told everyone at work how beautiful it was, and I took a lot of pictures. I will definitely refer you to anyone. Also I again want to thank you for the extended check out, when your plane leaves late there is not a lot you can do without a room and it worked out great for us. You have our family vote.

What can I say...what an amazing trip and so hard to come home. The condo was truly spectacular and a great treat. Every detail was in place, all the ammenities were top of the line, which made the last five days of my vacation truly memorable. I am a designer and I can tell you the furniture, the linens, the artwork, the attention to detail with the crown molding down to the floors were outstanding. We met many locals while staying there and cannot wait to go back. We are actually looking at the end of June next year and would love to stay at the condo again. Again I want to express my biggest Aloha for making our stay memorable.
