Enjoy your Venetian experience in our recently remodeled two bedroom apartment with windows overlooking the university gardens. Our flat is located one bridge and two passes from the beautiful Zattere. Here you will find the locals soaking up the sun, sipping on a spritz, enjoying the many outdoor restaurants and café’s on this open canal. For those of you that prefer to cook at home, you will be happy to find one of Venice's main supermarkets right around the corner. The closest Vaporetto stop is San Basilio which will take you to Saint Mark's Square in less than 10 minutes. Of course walking to San Marco is well worth it...crossing over the Academia Bridge and through Campo Santo Stefano enjoying the colors and life of Venice that pass you by.
*Location is quite convenient for those of you enjoying one of the many cruise lines that depart from Venice.
The apartment sleeps 2 + 2 persons. There is one master bedroom with a queen size bed and the living room/2nd bedroom has a loft area with a double bed or a sofa bed that sleeps 2. The heating and air-conditioning can be regulated to your preference. The amenities include: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven + Cook top, American Coffee Maker, Toaster, Television, Iron & Ironing board, Towels & Linens. |
