Four seasons of beauty await you at this 3 Bedroom home that offers modern conveniences in a serene location. Located just minutes from breathtaking Oval Beach and the artistic downtown districts of Saugatuck and Douglas, this location allows you to experience the vacation that suits you best! Rehabbed in 2008, this home was designed with the environmental sustainability, modern simplicity and livability in mind. We cater to a wide variety of vacationers- couples, groups of friends, “family” and families with children -two or four legged!
Sleep soundly in the Master Bedroom on the King Size Sleep Number bed. Enjoy a private half bath and a beautiful view of the tree-lined backyard. The second bedroom sleeps two guests on a plush Queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can convert to a King Size bed if needed. A Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, inflatable air mattress and pack and play allow a variety of sleeping arrangements for extra guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. At our home, you'll find ample linens and towels, a full washer and dryer, a 32 inch flat panel television with VHS/DVD player and plenty of movies and board games to keep you entertained. Worried about missing your favorite show
while at the beach? Our satellite TV with DVR allows you to record your favorite shows and watch them at your convenience. Wireless internet and local phone service.
After a long day seeing the sights, or playing hard at the beach, come back to the getaway and enjoy a soak in the private hot tub that seats 6. Roast marshmallows on a cool night in the fire pit or just relax and tell stories (ghost, or otherwise!). Our hammock swing is tucked in the woods and provides a natural oasis for reading, or just listening to the birds sing.
Take stroll through a beaten path in the woods and sit and relax on a park bench surrounded by trees. The kids will enjoy playing on the treehouse swingset in the back yard. Our outdoor dining set seats 6 and is situated near our charcoal BBQ for easy meals "al fresco"!
