Rising like a Phoenix out of the sand only 200' feet from the beach, the Villas La Posada is the newest addition to the La Paz skyline. From a distance you can see the gold tower above the residences in this quiet neighborhood at Brecha California and Nueva Reforma streets.
Just a 10 minute walk from a major grocery store, CCC, and a short drive into downtown La Paz where you can walk the entire length of the beach on the Malecon, a beautiful city walk with ocean on your left and shops and restuarants on your right!
We hope you will enjoy our unit as much as we do! We would love to rent this unit to any family with children or not, that would enjoy a relaxing week or two, a month or longer in the slow pace of La Paz!
Our villa is one of only three that enjoy morning sun that brings a great start to the day with breakfast on the patio! This same arrangement always gives you a cooler place in the afternoon when you have had enough sun....it just doesn't get any better!
You will find the Villas La Posada community unique in that visitors are welcome and treated as if you lived here. If the calendar looks busy during the time you want to come, give us a call. We may have blocked it off for our own time and we may have flexibility.
PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY CONCIERGE SERVICE: A new service we are providing, on a very personal basis, is a grocery service to allow you to have things in the 'fridge that you can enjoy from your first moment without shopping! We will provide you a simple form to fill out and you can have anything from tequila and tonic to yogurt waiting for you. We are flexible to your needs and we will charge you the receipt cost of the groceries plus 15% which is very reasonable you'll agree. There is NOTHING like arriving in La Paz to find your favorite beverage and snack waiting for you as you wind down from the day's long journey!

One last thing: If you are bringing younger children with you, it is very important to remember that we have strict rules regarding parental supervision with kids under 13 in the pool.

Why the Owner Chose La Paz
We have been time share owners in Cancun for 20+ years and when we visited La Paz it was so obvious that this was a real Mexican town that had 430 years of culture and history tied to it! It is wonderful to be in a place where all of the locals shop at the same stores we do and the economy supports locals and their interests before everyone else! It is definately tourist and visitor friendly but not designed to be a tourist town like Cancun was.

We are slightly pre-retirement age and looking forward to being in La Paz as much as our schedules can permit! We love the area, the people, the food and the weather and have many friends who have also made the decision to live full time in La Paz!
