Prime location! A darling townhouse steps from the beach with a peek of the ocean. A short walk takes you to the shops and restaurants of Capitola Village. Park your car and walk to all that Capitola offers. Great location for kids.
This townhouse has a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and a full bath on both floors. Access to the front door is up a flight of stairs. Amenities includes: 2 parking spaces in a covered carport, full laundry, a full eat in kitchen, DVD/VCR players, local phone calls, stereo, and gas fireplace. Absolutely perfect for singles, couples and a family getaways.
The full sized kitchen is supplied with everything needed for 8 people. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass ware, coffee pot, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven and ice maker to name a few of the amenities. The kitchen table seats 6 with room to expand to accommodates 8.
The spacious living room has a sitting chair and love seat, a sofa with a hide a bed to sleep 2 and a futon to sleep 2 more; bringing the sleeping up to 8. A full sized bathroom is also on this floor. Great to shower off after a day at the beach. Remote ceiling fans are there to add to the comfort of a cool breeze or rotate the warm air down on the cooler nights. A color TV with cable, DVD player and stereo with a CD player are also there for our guest entertainment and comfort.
A small deck is off the living room with chairs and a small bistro table . A great place to unwind and people watch. A charcoal bar-b-que adds to the ambiance of beach life.
The upstairs is tastefully set up with two bedrooms. One room has a comfortable(honestly) king sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds equally as comfortable. A full sized bathroom with a tub/shower combination is steps away. Each room has a remote ceiling fan/light with a closet and dresser.
Capitola offers something for everyone. If it is sitting on the beach or playing in the ocean, fishing off the wharf, shopping in the boutiques, eating from many of the wonderful restaurants or wine tasting; come and enjoy!

- Capitola beach, wharf and Pacific Ocean are a 2 minute walk away. Capitola's restaurants and shopping are less than a 5 minutes walk. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a few miles down the road and Carmel/Monterey are with in a hours drive.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$300 deposit due at time of reservation, which will be refunded 14 days after you
check out, plus $130 cleaning fee. $30 deposit for each pet. Minimum 2 night stay
