Maravilla is a 33.7 Acre community located directly across the street from its two and a half acres of deeded, unspoiled beach. This three bedroom, newly decorated condo is located on the fourth floor and is the west end unit. High sped wireless internet service is provided.
Maravilla has two swimming pools (one heated with a whirlpool spa), two tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue, clubhouse, game room, and exercise room... All for your enjoyment!
This beautifully decorated condominium sleeps eight in three bedrooms and an additional two on a queen-size sofa bed if needed. The back loft bedroom has four twin beds which the children love.

This condo was a great place to stay for someone with a pet. We had 5 adults, 3 teenages and 1 small dog. The room upstairs was good for the teenages to all stay together. You can not see the beach from your balcony, but it has a wonderful view of beautiful houses. You are a short walk from the beach.(3-5 mins) Very nice neighborhood. We would stay there again. The DVD player was nice for when the kids were wore out from the beach. They even have a DVD selection for you to pick from. There is pretty much anything you need in the kitchen "Dishes and cookware". There was even dish detergant, soap in bathrooms and detergant for one load in the dishwasher. The upstairs bedroom is not good for someone that wants privacy. It is open and whoever stays in the room with the twin beds have to come thru your space. Nice for those that have kids and want to keep an eye on them. But there is the downstairs bedroom for privacy. Washing machine was great for washing beach towels and kids wet clothes. Our family had a wonderful time. There is lots of places to go shopping and to eat. Just a short distance to Panama City and Fort Walton. We were impressed with the white clean sand and clear ocean water. McGuire's Irish Pub was our favorite place to relax as an adult, AJ's for the night life, Donut Hole for breakfast and of course donuts, 32 Degree's for ice cream and Fudpucker's for the kids. They have live gators. Hope your family has a wonderful time just like ours did! Also thanks to the owners of this condo, they are pleasant and sweet people to rent from. Maravilla 4412 was a great place, fairly priced, clean and very comfortable. My wife and I have stayed here twice in the last three years and have enjoyed it each time. Maravilla Resort is a beautiful & relaxing vacation. There is so much to do and so many great places to eat. It is the perfect location for beach or pool. The layout of the condo was great. The 3rd bedroom is a little small but worked out for our needs. We were walking or short driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The beach front side walk was great for a morning or evening walks. Thanks to the Brooks for sharing their condo with us. We plan to visit Destin and stay here again soon.

Great family vacation! Condo as described/pictured...clean and very comfortable. So close to pool and beach! Very smooth transaction with owner. Highly recommend this condo and Destin area for a getaway! Hope we will be back next year :) thanks for sharing your condo with us!!!

Maravilla 4412 was great. It is the perfect location for beach, pool, and hot tub. We had 5 adults and 5 children. The size of the condo was perfect. The children loved the loft bedroom. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The side walk along the beach was perfect for a morning walk. Thanks for sharing it with us. We plan to visit Destin next summer and hopefully stay here again.

This is truely an amazing condo. My wife Sharon and I have made it our home away from home one week out of the year for the past three years. There is so much to do and so many great places to eat. We especially enjoy the scenic walk along the beach to nearby Pampano Joes. We can not wait to go back this summer and many more to come. Thank you Howard and Gloria, you guys are great to work with!

This condo. is the best around. It doesn't get any better than this. Maravilla is a nice beautiful community and in Destin there is so much to do. It is very nice how close the beach is. If you bring a lot of people there is enough people and you will have fun! I guarantee it.
