This 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo has everything you need! Direct beachfront, beach is only 10 feet away from the heated pool and spa. Beach is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Ocean view from the balcony, kitchen and living room. The view from the balcony is amazing! If you don't feel like walking down to the beach, just sit back and relax on the balcony. All you see is water and sand. Enjoy the sound of the waves crashing, and the sea gulls!
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare your meals. If you don't feel like cooking, there are restaurants right across the street you can walk to.
The unit is located on the first floor just above the covered parking - easy access. There is a designated covered parking spot for the unit.
There are three TVs- one in each bedroom and one in the living room. So your family can all watch what they want, if you're not outside enjoying the beach! There is also a computer with wireless internet.

$250 deposit per week due 15 days from date of reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be done 30 days prior to arrival or lose deposit.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged if not cancelled 45 days prior.

We looked at all the buildings up and the the beach from Dunedin to St Pete Beach. This location has the best of everything. Modern, easy access, fun.

No need to drive once you get here. Most things are walking distance. This building has easy access to ocean, pool, and beach too. No long walks lugging items to the beach. Everything is right there.
