Marina Village 3 (advertised unit is NOT waterfront). The home is in close walking distance to the beach (3minute walk). Beach chairs and beach towels are ready for your use. For entertainment it features a 50' High Definition flatscreen Samsung TV and DVDplayer in the living room and a 42'Plasma TV also in HD in the master suite. All doors are upgraded solid wood with panel design, all baseboards and crown moulding are oversized. The formal dining room as well as family and living room offer generous waterviews through the hurricane resistant impact windows. All bathrooms are solid marble, including a full size laundry room.
