This was one of three condos at Tidewater my family rented this summer. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I am already planning a return visit and have recommended this condo to friends. Thanks for another wonderful experience in PCB at the Tidewater!!

We have stayed at several different resorts at PCB, and this was by far our worst experience! Work was being done on the entire building, and this information was not disclosed to us before renting the unit. One of the pools was closed during our entire stay. We never knew when we might be visited by workers on our balcony as they made their way up and down the building during the day. If you were on vacation trying to sleep in, forget it. The beating and banging started pretty early, and this was every day, even on Saturday! The furniture on the balcony was so rusted that we could not even sit out there and enjoy the view. We had to purchase paper towels and toilet tissue for a 3-night stay - NEVER had to do that before at ANY condo we have rented ANYWHERE. The mattress in the master was not comfortable at all. Out of all of the negative things, the most disturbing was that the construction information was not revealed to us by the owner/manager of the property. We were also wondering why such extensive work was being done on a property that appears on their website to be fairly new. We have ALWAYS had positive experiences through vrbo.com rentals, but this was definitely the exception.

My family and I just returned from a 4 night get away and stayed in this condo. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and such a great value. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. The management of this condo is wonderful and such a pleasure to work with. We WILL be back.
