Relax in Northern Wisconsin in a Restored and Renovated 1922 Full Log Cabin. Enjoy Big Spider Lake, a Class "A" Musky Lake which is Clear and Spring Fed, it is the largest of the Chain of 5 Lakes. The Swimming area is Kid Safe and the bottom is Nice and Sandy. The cabin is 23 feet from the Waters Edge and has a beautiful view of the Islands which are home to nesting Eagles and Herons. Loons abound and call in the Quiet Waters. Enjoy relaxing from the 22 foot Deck facing the Lake and Sunning on the Over-sized 8 foot wide Dock, or sitting in the Shade on the bank of the lake under Towering Pines. The Spider Lake Chain is the only "One of it's Kind" in Wisconsin, combining Quiet Times for Canoeing, Kayaking, Pontoon Cruising, Fishing and no wake Boating before 11am and after 3pm, with the 4 midday hours having Full Recreational Watercraft use.
There is a large Dining area overlooking the lake through Picture Windows. The Kitchen is all New with Hickory Cabinets, a Snack Bar, New Appliances, and the original fir wood floor. The Bathroom and Fixtures are also all New. An easy access Loft has 2 twin mattresses that are convertible to a king and is also a favorite play space for children. The Master Bedroom has a Custom made Hickory/Birch queen bed. The Guest Bedroom has custom made Cedar Bunk Beds which are full sized up and down. The Sofa Sleeper in the main living room pulls out to a queen size bed. There are many board games and a separate game table.
The Cabin is 4 blocks from access to CAMBA Mountain Biking, Hiking, and 4 Wheel ATV trails. Snowmobile trail access is directly available from the property. The Birkie Cross Country Ski Trail System is 10 minutes away. Telemark Lodge/Resort within 10 minutes and 15 minutes from Lakewoods Resort on Namekagon. Apostle Islands 75 minutes, Skiing at WhiteCap Mountain and Upper Peninsula of Michigan just over 1 hour away. The Cabin is nestled between the Chequmegon National Forest and Sawyer County Forest. Golf right on Clear Lake of the Spider Chain of Lakes. Many superb golf course are within minutes of the Hayward and Cable area. This area offers something for everyone!
This is a Private Cabin and Propery! There is No shared access, or common grounds, thereby ensuring a quiet and tranquil get-away for family and friends.
