This is just one house of the 6000 square duplex that makes up Paradise Found. Like its sister house, this 3000 square foot town house is newly remodeled and decorated and every room is themed after a city in Florida or the Caribbean.
Driveway - Fits 5 vehicles on a nice cobblestone driveway that leads through the breezeway under the house to the back of the house where the docks are.
Boat slip - Can accommodate boats up to 48'.
Guest Efficiency (The Destin Room) - Separate entrance on the ground floor. Full bath with vanity, kitchenette which includes a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and sink. This guest efficiency has full size Murphy bed, fold out queen couch and TV. This house can be rented without the guest efficiency, just subtract 25% from the listed rate.
Main house - On the 2nd and 3rd floor. Kitchen has granite counter tops, 6 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances and a separate under the counter ice maker. The kitchen has all appliances and supplies that you need.
Living room (Hope Town room) - Has a fold out queen couch, love seat and large over sized chair. It also has a large color TV and a gas fireplace. The dining room table seats 8 and you can put 3 more at the breakfast counter.
Back Deck - Outdoor furniture and natural gas grill
Master Bedroom (Havana Room) - Has a king size bed. The changing area has double vanities and 2 large walk in closets. The bath has a separate shower and separate garden jacuzzi tub. There is also a balcony of the master bedroom.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 - Located on the 3rd floor. Bedroom #2, (the South Beach room) has a queen bed and fold out queen couch. Even though, this bedroom shares a bathroom with #3, it has its own vanity and walk in closet. Bedroom #3, (the Cocoa Beach room) has a twin bed, a bunk bed and a fold out queen couch. This room sleeps up to 5 people. It has 3 closets and its own vanity.
Every room has a TV/DVD.

We decided to purchase this house because we believe it has the best of both worlds. The beach across the street and the harbor out the back door. Even though Destin is changing and expanding, there is something about the harbor that is intoxicating.

I was born and raised in Destin. Later as a young adult, I moved to other parts of Florida. I love this state because of its history and diversity. But Destin and the Gulf Coast are my favorite. But we did bring some of the art and decor of the other parts of Florida back here and you will find them in this house.
