Note: The city of Hot Springs drains Lake Hamilton 4 feet in November each year, so our cove
will not have water in it after November till around February
This 3400 square foot house on water cove has it all!! Some call it their own personal Disneyland! First of all, be sure and tell everyone that there will be WATER VOLLEYBALL on site.
This house has a large Grecian L shaped pool that has a diving board on one end and a volleyball court on the other!(Pool is available March 1st or earlier through September 30th) While adults play a few games, the kids can jump on the huge square trampoline.
A boat slip with cover provided, for those that choose to bring there favorite water toys. In addition, a jet dock for any jet ski to pull right up on.
Also onsite is an 8 man hot springs hot tub,ready to use all year round!!!!!
Inside the house, we have a big screen TV with high definition local cable service with premium channels to enjoy the game or whatever. In addition we have free long distance and wireless internet. Also, for your viewing pleasure we have 6 different murals on the wall to accentuate a certain theme in almost every room!!4 Bedrooms total(3 queen beds,2 king bed), For over flow we provide 2 queen blow up mattresses with air pump. TVs in most bedrooms.

Our family is located all over Arkansas,,,we have always vacationed in Hot Springs,,,and lived there for a few years. Its beautiful,,fun..peaceful,,,and so much to do. We love the outdoors and lots of water around us.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy our 8 man Hot Tub,,,love our swimming pool...We enjoy a fun home,, we love to have family and friends over to play water volleyball and cook-outs. We usually always have a huge ping-pong tournament in the downstairs gameroom. We are only minutes from the mall, walmart,kroger,and Oaklawn Race Track.
