Vacation in this charming 2 bedroom 1 bath "old Florida style" beach cottage just across the street from the white-sandy beach and a very short walk to world famous John's Pass Village. This quaint cottage was originally built as a fishing camp in 1938 and has been beautifully renovated with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with a queen and double bed. Bath has an old fashioned claw foot bathtub with shower. The backyard is landscaped in a tropical setting with a brick patio to relax or grill.
So many activities and restaurants available within walking distance, you can park your car and you won't need it until you depart. The beach trolley provides easy transportation up and down the beaches.
The non-smoking cottage is fully furnished in a comfortable "beach style" decor and fully stocked with linens and towels. The fenced in back yard is equipped with gas grill and patio seating.

Like a storybook house - tiny on the outside, spacious on the inside! The living area has comfortable seating, TV and DVD player, and proximity to the cooking and dining area. The bedrooms are separated from the other rooms, but nothing is inaccessible. Laundry facilities handy, bathroom spacious enough, neighborhood quiet, and the beach is close by and gorgeous. The feeling is much more of a cottage at the shore than a condo or hotel, and privacy is complete. Spotlessly clean! We are having a superb, relaxing vacation, feeling no need to venture far. There's an impressive natural grocery store a 5 minute drive away. If you appreciate charm and the feeling of being back at the vacation cottages of your youth, this will suit you to a T. The owner has been warm and helpful - she met us at the cottage when we arrived and had fresh-baked cookies and locally grown citrus fruit awaiting us, has been available by phone if we needed to ask anything. Even the neighbors have been warm and friendly, but not the least bit intrusive. We've had two wonderful weeks here and are looking forward to our remaining time, and recommend this very highly. All the comforts with no compromises! We appreciate having been able to have our dog with us, and she has enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood, which is also dog-friendly. Totally relaxing!! Oh, and the bed is supremely comfortable, even the sheets are pretty. 'Feels like home. Would come back in a flash.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: My husband and I are Florida natives and we love to share our wonderful beach community with visitors from all over. We are greatful to have 2 unique cottages built in 1938 to enjoy and share with others. This is not a condo. type vacation here but more of a home away from home type setting.
