Gorgeous view of the lake from the living room window

Our lake house is located in a quiet neighbor hood on the north end of Cazenovia Lake. It is a perfect place to get away from it all. We have a lovely small piece of property on the lake with a dock and canoe or row boat for your use . There is a fire pit on the lake edge to enjoy the lake at night to star watch, catch the fireworks, or have a cold beer after a day of antiquing , golfing, boating or swimming.
The house is complete with a full kitchen, an outside patio and screened in porch all facing the lake. A waterfall and small pond (also on the lakeside) add to the charm of this home and property. There are plenty of out door chairs and tables to have a crowd for dinner. There is a grill for out door cooking, although the kitchen is fun to cook in and faces the lake.
We have two bed rooms, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed , the second room has a full sized bed as well as a single. We prefer to limit our visitors to a family of five or less as we are on a well and septic. For those occasional extra visitors there is a roll away bed available.
There is nothing like waking up on the lake and having a cup of coffee looking at the gorgeous view from inside the house or out. This is a wonderful place to to relax and enjoy.
