  Thank you so much for renting to us! We loved this cabin! It was so comfortable and felt like home. They remembered all the little things like hand soap and directions to the grocery stores with the shopper cards attached. The entire cabin was spotless! The beds were comfy as was the couch. I loved how close it was to Pigeon Forge, but still felt like you were tucked away. The only let down? We didn't get to see the Peacock! LOL! We will be back! Thank you again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We had a great time staying at the Treehouse in Pigeon Forge! The place was really clean and had a great layout. You can easily sleep 8 people in it as well! Loved the design of the interior doors too! We didn't get to see the peacock since it was soooo cold, but perhaps another time! Joyce, the owner was very friendly and the instructions throughout the cabin were top notch! We would definitely stay here again!

  My sister and I and our five children just spent a three-day weekend at Treehouse. The cabin was convenient to the parkway but far from any traffic sounds, the description and photos accurate, the owners responsive and helpful. We got exactly what we expected, or rather MORE, since a prior negative review had us a little worried. Needlessly, it turned out! The cabin was clean, warm, and comfortable, the cousins had a great time playing air hockey, watching movies (there is a DVD player although the description just mentions a VCR), soaking in the hot tub, and bathing in the Jacuzzi tub. We made day trips to the Great Smoky Mtns. Park, less than a half hour away even in holiday traffic. We had a very pleasant stay and hope to return; the kids are already asking "when?" We may even let our husbands come next time!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We are very close to the "Parkway" but far enough away that the cabin is very peaceful (winter or summer). We, as owners, like to treat each family with respect. We are so glad that the negative review that one family left was proven to be inaccurate; and again, we are so sorry that the family felt they had to place a negative review. Our cleaning folks do a wonderful job - they are efficient, prompt with their cleaning responsibilities, and when anyone calls us with a question - they are always there to help. This family affirmed that everything was in good working condition (hot tub, jacuzzi, heating, etc.) We are so excited that these folks want to return to our cabin soon. We so appreciate each and every review on our cabin.

  We have been staying here every year at Christmas for several years and quite frequently come twice per year. This place is amazing and the owners are so easy to deal with. We have never had any complaints and always ENJOY our stay! The rooms are clean, the kids have a BLAST with the air hockey table, and the "big" bath tub is a favorite of the kiddos as well, we go play in the arcade (thats about 3 minutes from the cabin), enjoy lunch at the Old Mill (MUST try), ride into Gatlingburg, do Christmas crafts at the table, eat dinner together by the fireplace, etc....the list goes ON and ON! We wont stay anywhere else...we plan our mountain trips around the availablity of this cabin. Thanks Joyce and Sam for allowing us to make Christmas memories that we are all sure to never forget!

The children always love the air hockey table, enjoy the fireplace, and Mr. Peacock loves to see families come to the "Treehouse" and keep him fed and healthy throughout the year.   There was no heat, the owners answer was we have extra blankets. The cabin was filthy. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom had pubic hair in the bottom. The only thing that had been cleaned was the carpet you could see where the vaccum cleaner had been used. The hot tub didn't work. For the money we spent I really exspected more. You could shake hands with the people in the cabin next door, The question was asked if this was in the country or a neighbor hood. The answer was country this is a very deceptive description of the place. would not recommen for anyone to stay here.

  Owner response: We are so very sorry that our guests felt they had to post such negative statements. We ask that our future guests refer to the previous 30+ reviews of our cabin. We will reference each item: 1-no heat (we have a contractor inspect our heating/air frequently and heating was working properly); 2-filthy cabin (cleaning folks do an excellent job - no previous complaints;) 3-hot tub didn't work - specific instructions in cabin & posted on the wall beside hot tub - (cleaning folks examine the hot tub after each guest to assure proper working condition;) 4-country setting (when folks inquire - they are told the cabin is in Eagles Ridge Resort - community of log cabins with neighbors.) 5-The jacuzzi in the Master Bedroom is completely sanitized after each guest. We take pride in the cleanliness of our cabin - our cleaning folks had to recruit extra assistance in cleaning our cabin upon departure of these guests because of the complete disarray of the cabin, guests left dirty dishes in dishwasher, kitchen a mess, etc. They stated 2 adults + 2 children and it appeared that many more individuals stayed at our cabin.

  We had a wonderful time at your cabin! It was very clean and spacious. Our kids loved the air hockey table and played so many times that I lost count. We really loved the feeling of being away from everything but still being so close at the same time. We will definitely be coming back!

Our cleaning team does a fine job keeping our home clean. Our cabin is in a community of other cabins. We are so extremely close to the "Parkway" where all the activities are (entertainment, restaurants, shopping, etc.). It is in such a convenient location.   This cabin was absolutely wonderful. The feel of the cabin was homey and the smell when you first walk into the cabin was awesome. Joyce, the owner, makes you feel as if you are part of her family. It was such a pleasure working with her. She is a great person and I feel blessed to have met her through the use of her and Sam's cabin:) My only regret is our children did not get to come the last weekend we were at the cabin, they would have loved it! Next October, I hope this cabin is available doing the time we will be there because we will definitely want this cabin, again:)))))

  I knew from the first conversation with Joyce that I could trust what she was telling me about the cabin. My family and my cousins rented the cabin instead of 2 hotel rooms for the week. We had such a good time being able to eat breakfast together, and spend the day out, then come back to the cabin and have dinner together saved us a lot of money. The cabin is very clean, and very homey. The couch sitting in front of the fireplace is so comfy. We sat on the deck in the rocking chairs several times and enjoyed the view. The area is so quiet all the time, very little traffic. We played frisbee in the street. We grilled hot dogs and hamburgers on the deck. We will definately be using this cabin again in the future. Thanks Joyce and Sam for having such a nice cabin to let us enjoy while we were in Pigeon Forge. The location was great.

It gave us satisfaction to know that a family could spend time together around the dining room table, fireplace, and relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. We present the cabin accurately on VRBO concerning cleanliness, proximity to the "Parkway" and other activities. Even though we are close to restaurants, entertainment, etc., the cabin is located in a quiet area with a real "homey" atmosphere and a sofa that relaxes you to the point you most always doze off. The grills on the porch are extremely popular with our guests. Our main goal is that each individual enjoy themselves and wants to return to our cabin on their next trip to Pigeon Forge.

  Excellant place to stay. Clean, quiet, cozy, just the right distance from town. Enjoyed just sitting in the living area around the fireplace watching tv or a video. Kitchen well equiped to cook any meal you would want, and the grill worked great, too. Will definitely use this cabin again. Thank you for sharing this cabin with us.

  My husband & I rented this cabin for a "last chance getaway" before our 3rd son was born. It was a great cabin! Close to town but far enough out of the high traffic area. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of space for a family. We will rent again!
