This unique cabin is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the main parkway, restaurants, area attractions and entertainment for the entire family or a romantic getaway. Enjoy the national park for hiking & nature or spend hours shopping on the strip. Within minutes of the historic town of Gatlinburg. This lovely cabin includes: two bedrooms–one with two queen size beds, master bedroom with one queen size bed with a jacuzzi tub and queen size sofa bed in living room. Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions. Comfortably sleeps eight people, including the sleeper sofa on the upper level.
Each bedroom has their own private bath plus a third full bath on the upper level.
Tree house has decks on both levels (the top level has a screened, private hot tub area that is perfect for relaxation, and five large rockers for your enjoyment of nature and quietness.) Also included on the top level is a gas grill & charcoal grill. Eagle Ridge Resort's peacock comes to the cabin to be fed about every morning. He is beautiful. Children love to feed him.
The cabin is richly decorated with antiques and area prints. It includes a mountain stone fireplace.
Within Eagle Ridge Resort, there is a full size outdoor swimming pool (baby pool also) within walking distance of the cabin & accessible to all rentals during season. Pigeon Forge activities, location & dates of events is available at the Pigeon Forge website.
Within minutes of the cabin is the Pigeon Forge community center that includes: bowling, olympic size swimming pool, indoor gymnasium and track, weight room and several other amenities-small fee charged at the door. The National Park entrance is at Wear's Valley-very close to cabin.
Rentals are handled by owners–no rental company!

If you are looking for a place to relax this is definitely the property to visit. My wife and I loved everything about the cabin. Spotless with everything you need to settle in for a weekend. Directions were precise and allowed us to go anywhere in the local area without worry. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the three days in Pigeon Forge and the lodging provided by the Fanning Family. Thanks to Joyce and Sam for a perfect weekend!

This was our second time in renting the Treehouse. This year was as good as last year. The cabin was cleaned and furnished for cooking inside or out. The peacefulness of this cabin's location is wonderful and the peacock's visits were anticipated each day ! The owners are wonderful to work with on any concerns you have. We would definately recommend renting this cabin, and are looking forward to next year.

A perfect getaway for Spring break. As you enter the cabin, the warm aroma is like a welcome just for you. Everything is sparkling clean. Centrally located and so nice and quiet. All the "little" touches that are in the cabin compose the best memorable "away" from home time you will have. A touch of home, convenient, nature decor, the visiting peacock, cozy, welcoming are just a few ways to describe Treehouse. We will definitely return to this "home away from home". Stay here and you will return home with memories to last a lifetime. Thanks so much for sharing this cabin with my family.

This is a must-rent!! Our family recently rented this cabin for our spring-break trip and words cannot describe how beautiful & clean it is!! The pictures just don't do it justice, and they are pretty good;)) You have to see it for yourself.... We had such a great stay and cannot wait to rent it again!!!

A very nice cozy cabin. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely rent this cabin again in the future. The cabin was everything the description said it was. The place was clean and well maintained. Look forward to many more trips to this cabin in the future.

We LOVED this cabin. Perfect for us and our 2 children. We go to Pigeon Forge 2-3 times per year, stay in cabins probably 90% of the trips, and we have to admit that this one has impressed us the most. Loved the attention to detail with everything being labeled, the grocery store bonus cards, the smell, and all the well laid out directions for everything in the cabin. We really felt comfortable and at home here. The Christmas decorations were a bonus, loved the tree, outside lights on the deck and even the little bear nativity scene! We plan to rent again in the future. This cabin is a true bargain.

We highly recommend this cabin for everyone. We four cousins really enjoyed our girls trip here this past November 11-14. Very convenient, quiet. We all agree this is our favorite place to stay. We have been coming for several years & have stayed in a lot of cabins & condos. This is the best. Joyce is a wonderful person to deal with. Hope to be coming back soon!

We had a girls only shopping trip. The place smelled so nice when we arrived. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for our stuff and room to wrap the Christmas presents we bought. It was secluded enough but not too much so we didn't feel safe. Thanks for a great place. Look forward to staying again and hope to make this an annual event!
