This was my first trip to the mountains since I was a kid and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your house. We enjoyed the hot tub and the air hockey table. The kids enjoyed it too. My 3 yr old didn't want to come home and wanted to stay at the "treehouse". Enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood peacock too.

My husband, 5 children and I stayed at the Treehouse this past weekend. The home was so clean and smelled so nice everytime we came back to relax. No more hunting for hours for a good place to stay for a great price... We will use this cabin again and again!

Beautiful home, close to everything, very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again next year and the owners were great. We almost stayed in a hotel until I found this, so glad I made this choice.

If you are looking for a place to relax this is definitely the property to visit. My wife and I loved everything about the cabin. Spotless with everything you need to settle in for a weekend. Directions were precise and allowed us to go anywhere in the local area without worry. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the three days in Pigeon Forge and the lodging provided by the Fanning Family. Thanks to Joyce and Sam for a perfect weekend!

Relaxing Week

This was our second time in renting the Treehouse. This year was as good as last year. The cabin was cleaned and furnished for cooking inside or out. The peacefulness of this cabin's location is wonderful and the peacock's visits were anticipated each day ! The owners are wonderful to work with on any concerns you have. We would definately recommend renting this cabin, and are looking forward to next year.

A perfect getaway for Spring break. As you enter the cabin, the warm aroma is like a welcome just for you. Everything is sparkling clean. Centrally located and so nice and quiet. All the "little" touches that are in the cabin compose the best memorable "away" from home time you will have. A touch of home, convenient, nature decor, the visiting peacock, cozy, welcoming are just a few ways to describe Treehouse. We will definitely return to this "home away from home". Stay here and you will return home with memories to last a lifetime. Thanks so much for sharing this cabin with my family.

We LOVED this cabin. Perfect for us and our 2 children. We go to Pigeon Forge 2-3 times per year, stay in cabins probably 90% of the trips, and we have to admit that this one has impressed us the most. Loved the attention to detail with everything being labeled, the grocery store bonus cards, the smell, and all the well laid out directions for everything in the cabin. We really felt comfortable and at home here. The Christmas decorations were a bonus, loved the tree, outside lights on the deck and even the little bear nativity scene! We plan to rent again in the future. This cabin is a true bargain.

We highly recommend this cabin for everyone. We four cousins really enjoyed our girls trip here this past November 11-14. Very convenient, quiet. We all agree this is our favorite place to stay. We have been coming for several years & have stayed in a lot of cabins & condos. This is the best. Joyce is a wonderful person to deal with. Hope to be coming back soon!

We had a girls only shopping trip. The place smelled so nice when we arrived. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for our stuff and room to wrap the Christmas presents we bought. It was secluded enough but not too much so we didn't feel safe. Thanks for a great place. Look forward to staying again and hope to make this an annual event!

Excellent Vacation Cabin

We had the privilege of staying in the Cabin #167944 this past week. Our experience was great. My parents are older and this was just right for them. The location to the parkway was so convenient. The cabin had all the comforts of home and we were so comfortable staying here. It was decorated so nice and we enjoyed all of the added touches. It was so much better than being in a motel. We were able to have our breakfast in and take our time getting dressed and then going out for the day. The people we rented from are so nice and made sure we had all the information needed to make our stay great. We will definitely try and go sometime next year and stay int the same cabin. We had such a nice time. Thanks again to the Fanning family for allowing us to use their cabin. The Peters Family Dunbar and Ripley W.V.

This Cabin is GREAT

This cabin is great, my wife and I took another couple with us for the week of October 3-10 and had a excellent time. The cabin is very nicely decorated, a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable. Every morning there was a peacock that came by the cabin. We are looking forward to renting this cabin again. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. There were excellent restaurants and great shopping so close by. You will be pleasantly surprised by the beauty and comfort of this cabin. Our visit surpassed all our expectations!

Wonderful Experience

We found the cabin in a great location, very clean, nicely decorated with up to date amenities, and very comfortable. The owners have gone the extra mile to provide a folder explaining how everything works - wireless internet, hot tub etc - giving directions to some of the stores, and their expectations for how the cabin should be left. We enjoyed cooking out on one of grills on the porch - they have both charcoal and gas - rocking on the porch with coffee in the morning. It was a great place to come back to after a day of sight-seeing or shopping. Would highly recommend this cabin and hope to be back someday!

My family and I enjoyed 5 very peaceful nights at tree house. We were looking for something that had three beds that didn't cost alot. We were very pleased with the location as well as the amenities. The owners are eager to help in any way they can. I think the pictures need to be updated to include bathrooms and the discription doesn't include that the cabin has three t.v.'s. We found everything very clean which is always a concern when renting something for the first time. We were also pleased with the quietness yet very convenient to everthing in Pigeon Forge. We are looking forward to our next stay in Tree House.

Restful and Wonderful

My vacation in Pigeon Forge was a hit due in large part to the cabin. The owners sent me the link to review but it did not truly give me the complete picture on what a wonderful place the cabin is to stay. The rooms were so beautifully decorated and gave one a feeling of comfort and peace. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to be used. Having traveled as a living for many years I had the opportunity to be in many hotels, resorts and Bed and Breakfasts, very few if any of them rivaled the cleanliness of this cabin. I found it remarkable in the short turn around time frame between renters that the cleaning staff could touch every part of the cabin. But they did. I felt it was clean from top to bottom and all the spots in between. I even looked for items to be picky about! I enjoyed the amenities outside of the cabin also.....early mornings I would sit out on the rocker reading and drinking my coffee. Imagine with me my surprise to find the delightful "residents" of the area. One was a very nosy squirrel and the other was a friendly and beautiful peacock! This peacock ate out of our hands and delighted us several mornings by giving us a show of tail feathers. My 12 year old was impressed with the "show" and even has a feather for a souvenir. My family loved to be able to relax in the Hot Tub, enjoy the air hockey games or relax as a family around the TV. We had a wonderful stay, it is a great location with wonderful owners who give instructions to sites and stores, helpful hints and provide a great cabin, it is clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend the cabin to others. If you want a wonderful place to rest your head I recommend the cabin as a place to stay. I almost hate stating very positive comments....what if it is booked solid in the future and I have to look elsewhere!

Tree House Pigeon Forge

First let me say that the owners are a pleasure to deal with and the price is hard to beat. Having said that, I always review the locations I visit and try my best to give a fair analysis. Tree House is a "cozy" cabin located in a cabin subdivision approx 2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The "living" quarters are located upstairs along with the kitchen, dining and one bathroom. The finished basement consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to the lower deck. For those that are concerned, the temp differance between the top and bottom floor is about 10 degrees. Meaning, if the termostat is set for 78 upstairs=68 downstairs. The new jacuzzi tub is located on the upper floor deck overlooking the cabins located on the street below. The ONLY negatives I could think of....at the time of our visit, the cabin needs a good spring cleaning. The curtains, window seals and beds need a good dusting. It seems the cleaning company only touchs what they must. Keeping in mind that this cabin IS in the woods, a spider/critter and mostly dust free environment would have made this an easy good rating. Overall this is a nice place to stay for a weekend with a small family. We DID enjoy our stay but will enjoy a cabin with a little more room and cleaner the next time we visit PF. Again, the issues are NOT with the owners. They have a great cozy cabin. They just need a better cleaning crew.

We have always had excellent reviews about our cabin (especially about how clean that it was). The cabin had spring cleaning by the owners themselves the end of March, 2010 and we know that it was top notch clean. Our cleaning lady has always shown professionalism and perfection with her cleaning skills. She goes out of her way to make sure that the next renters have a clean cabin to rent. The bedrooms which are located on the lower level are a blessing in the summertime because of the coolness and sleeping comfort of the bedrooms. Our cleaning folks came highly recommended from other cabin owners and we are completely safisfied with them. This review probably reflects on the condition in which the cabin was left by this renter. Please refer to the several other reviews that have been posted on our Treehouse property which reflect 5 of 5 giving very positive feedback on how clean the cabin was.

This was our first time to stay at the "Treehouse" and are already looking forward to our next visit. Just can not say enough about this cabin. It was extremely clean, in an excellant location and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed rocking on the porch in the evenings after our days of shopping or sight seeing and of course Dollywood. The cabin was completely stocked with everything we needed for grilling outside and cooking inside, and everything was so clean. We would most definately recommend. The owners were very gracious in helping with any questions were had and were very helpful with our scheduling.

Thanks again for another great stay at the cabin. My sister's and I really enjoyed it and are going to make it a yearly trip for us girls. We did lot's of shopping and enjoyed a show. We were so busy shopping that we didn't even get to enjoy the hot tub but maybe next time. The cabin is just so clean and well taken care of you feel that you are just right at home. My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Treehouse. It was super clean and the owners are so nice and easy to work with. We loved the closeness to Pigeon Forge, the hot tub, and the fact that there is plenty of room - no cramped up feeling!! The peacock visited us several times and the grandkids loved him. What a beautiful cabin! And such a pleasure to deal with the owners. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from downtown Piegon Forge and not 20 minutes up the side of a mountain.
