This three bedroom, three bathroom 1,830 square foot condo is on the 24th floor and is a luxury Penthouse. Your family and friends will thank you for picking the best unit in Destin and will ask to stay longer or come back next year!
This condo has significant upgrades throughout to include tile floor throughout the main living areas which allows for easy cleanup and a luxurious look. The bedrooms have plush carpet for comfort. The kitchen appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel GE Profile - the quality you would want in your own home - and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. There is bar seating for three and a separate dining room with seating for 4 and an upgraded chandelier. The adjacent family room features comfortable furniture and a 55" large screen TV with DVD player and also an upgraded ceiling fixture. You will enjoy the fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and downtown Destin from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Wireless internet access will allow you to stay connected to the world - only if you want to!
You can access the expansive 700 square foot balcony from the dining room or living room and can enjoy outdoor dining or lounging. You will not find a larger balcony! Enjoy the incredible Destin sunsets and the breathtaking views of the Gulf and downtown Destin. You won't believe how the views will melt your troubles away.
The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, 500 thread count sheets, a comfortable lounging chair, flat panel 32" TV and a private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. It also features access to one of the balconies for enjoying your morning coffee, a quiet book or just a daydream.
There's no need to argue over who gets which bedroom because the second and third bedrooms are as nice as the Master. They also feature queen size beds, flat panel TVs and private bathrooms.
We have also upgraded the home with a keyless entry door lock so there will never be any hassles with dysfunctional swipe keys or lock boxes. We will simply furnish you your own personal key touch door code for your vacation.
The two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains. The pool is gently graded from entering into one inch of water cascading down to five foot. The surrounding community of Seascape also offer tennis courts and an affordable 18-hole golf course where you can rent clubs.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched!

The condo was wonderful--so spacious, warm and welcoming. The view from the terrace is awesome!! The entire family gathered there our first night and watched the most beautiful sunset, and I enjoyed my morning coffee there every morning. It was a great vacation, and we look forward to staying there again--maybe next year.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and the layout was outstanding. It was perfect for our needs. The views from the large patio and seperate balcony were indescrible. Breathtaking is the word that comes to mind. We had a great time and would love to come back next time we're in Destin.

had a awesome time!! condo was very nice and plenty of room, most of all it was clean. unbelievable views from the patio. very close to the beach and plenty of amenities such as the restaurant, ice cream/ coffee shop that are located on site, and grills around by the pool side if you decide to cook in (grocery stores 2 minutes away). condo was fully furnished, all you need is beach towels and sunscreen!!! loved the security at the front and back entrances. we would gladly book this location again for our family vacation!!!

The pictures of this condo are nice, but they do absolutely no justice to how nice this place really is. We stayed here the week of May 8-14. The location was fantastic and the accomodations were out of this world. We only went out to eat twice while we were here because if we weren't on the beach we were on the amazing balcony soaking up the view for as long as we could. Andrea is great to work with. Everything was perfect and we are already planning a trip for next year. Book this place you won't be disappointed at all.

This condo was everything we expected and more. Seeing the property was better than what the photos reflected. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very easy to work with. We would like to recommend renting this unit to anyone who is seeking a beautiful condo. It is decorated to the highest level and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening. The Simone's were great to work with. As I had concerns about the oil spill and how that would effect our stay at the beach, Andrea was most helpful and kept me posted with the most current information. I recently stayed at this penthouse for spring break with some of my friends, and it was wonderful!! It is beautiful and very nice! We felt like we were staying on top of Destin. We had a gorgeous view from the penthouse. The balcony was also nice to lay out on. Overall, we LOVED it! Could not have asked for more! :)
