The condo was wonderful--so spacious, warm and welcoming. The view from the terrace is awesome!! The entire family gathered there our first night and watched the most beautiful sunset, and I enjoyed my morning coffee there every morning. It was a great vacation, and we look forward to staying there again--maybe next year.

The condo and views from the balconys were much better than described in the listing.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and the layout was outstanding. It was perfect for our needs. The views from the large patio and seperate balcony were indescrible. Breathtaking is the word that comes to mind. We had a great time and would love to come back next time we're in Destin.

had a awesome time!! condo was very nice and plenty of room, most of all it was clean. unbelievable views from the patio. very close to the beach and plenty of amenities such as the restaurant, ice cream/ coffee shop that are located on site, and grills around by the pool side if you decide to cook in (grocery stores 2 minutes away). condo was fully furnished, all you need is beach towels and sunscreen!!! loved the security at the front and back entrances. we would gladly book this location again for our family vacation!!!

our family had good time,the condo was nicely put together,had everything you would need,up to date.great views from the 24th floor.andrea was easy to deal with and we had no problems.would rent from them agan.

The pictures of this condo are nice, but they do absolutely no justice to how nice this place really is. We stayed here the week of May 8-14. The location was fantastic and the accomodations were out of this world. We only went out to eat twice while we were here because if we weren't on the beach we were on the amazing balcony soaking up the view for as long as we could. Andrea is great to work with. Everything was perfect and we are already planning a trip for next year. Book this place you won't be disappointed at all.

This condo was everything we expected and more. Seeing the property was better than what the photos reflected. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very easy to work with. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay on vacation. Views from the balcony were breath taken with coffee in the morning and wine at night, what an experience. We recently enjoyed our stay at the penthouse - girls week away and we had such a FABULOUS time! The penthouse was everything we could imagine and more! The views from the balcony were amazing and breathtaking. We simply enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

We would like to recommend renting this unit to anyone who is seeking a beautiful condo. It is decorated to the highest level and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening. The Simone's were great to work with. As I had concerns about the oil spill and how that would effect our stay at the beach, Andrea was most helpful and kept me posted with the most current information. I recently stayed at this penthouse for spring break with some of my friends, and it was wonderful!! It is beautiful and very nice! We felt like we were staying on top of Destin. We had a gorgeous view from the penthouse. The balcony was also nice to lay out on. Overall, we LOVED it! Could not have asked for more! :)

This unit was even more then we expected. Steve & Andrea have this down to a science (great to work with)! If you are needing a unit to house the whole family this is it. Unit has a great floor plan that allows everyone privacy when needed. Of course the best part is the balcony and the view. We ended each night on the balcony with a bottle of wine enjoying the breeze from the coast and great views. You feel like you are on top of the world! Don't hesitate to book this unit or others listed by the owners. Thanks for everything Andrea.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and decorated beautifully. The porches have a beautiful view of gulf and bay. All the staff at the pool were great, too. Thanks so much for all your help.

Penthouse condo comfortable but elegant professionally decorated with undoubtably the absolute best view and balcony in the Destin area. Master suite has great bed, 42 inch plasma and incredible view. Unbelievable sunsets on our 700sq foot west balcony with a glass of wine and fresh shrimp usually started our evenings. Large heated pool was great for the kids. Cabana cafe was key for poolside lunch or even room service. Good quality food and great service. I cant rave enough about this place. We hope to be back.
